Its my first time stay this hotel...its suitable if you stay for a short trip,location to kuta beach not too far and not too near almost takes 730m walk,but its nearby agung bali shop...

The service was incredibly friendly. Even with a late-night arrival and a daytime checkout, everyone, including security, was so welcoming and enthusiastic, which made me feel very safe and comfortable. The room itself was a bit small but clean and well-equipped. They have a pool in the backyard, and you can also dine at the hotel. There's an ATM next door and a convenience store across the street, which is super convenient.

Really great for the price and theirs mainly locals staying at the place which makes it nice & peaceful without any crazy Australians, really good room & amenities but unfortunately wasn’t cleaned my whole stay but that’s my fault for sleeping in because the cleaning team finished at 3pm everyday

The place is okay for what you are paying. I had a nice time there but maybe they need to remain families to be a bit more quiet

Im making this review from m'y heart , im deeply thankful to all the staff , to the manager , thank you for being so nice . I stayed with my two sons for almost two weeks in this hotel and i'll surely bé back again if i ever go to bali . Thanks for helping me when i lost my phone , if i allowed them they would clean the room everyday oh my God thank you for doing your work with love ❤️. Absolutely loved the pool❤️❤️

Wonderful hotel, especially the service. They brought breakfast straight to the room and let me check in early. However, some rooms are starting to show their age a bit. There's also an indoor underground parking for bikes. Thanks a lot. Good value for money.

I loved the location. It’s close to everywhere since it’s still in the Kuta area. The price is within my budget, and the staff were all friendly. However, I was carrying a large and heavy suitcase, and the hotel lobby wasn’t very convenient because there are only stairs . Also, the TV in my room wasn’t working properly, but since I don’t really watch TV, it wasn’t a big issue for me.

Great price for what you get and great location. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. The pool was fantastic but nobody was using it. That was great for me cos had all to myself. Would have cost a fortune to have a pool like that in Villa.😂🤣
