So far, the service has been good. For breakfast, the food like nasi goreng is cooked fresh and then served, so it's fresh from the oven, haha. Hmm, maybe for the bathroom, personally, I'm not a big fan of having the bathtub and shower combined; it's a bit uncomfortable and I'm worried about slipping. That's all.

The location isn’t far from the beach, but it’s behind a shopping mall down a rather quiet alley, and there’s no hair dryer provided.

The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Location is great, 2 minutes walk to kuta beach. The room air conditioner is not cool enough, especially on afternoon, such a hot weather. The room floor is sticky. Breakfast serve with limited choice of food.

Only a 3-minute walk to Kuta Beach – the location was super convenient for everything! Just a heads-up, though: Kuta Beach and the surrounding area get incredibly crowded during New Year's, so be prepared for that! Also, if you're thinking about sunlight, the 3rd floor would be ideal. 😊

The hotel quality is more than the hotel price ❤️ I really appreciate all the service in the hotel Staff are very friendly and support me! The hotel very large room and clean 🧽 the most important the price is very cheap and hotel is near the beach just walk 2-3 minutes to the beach 🏝️ Overall I have recommended for anyone 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Do not miss the great hotel 🤗🤗

Perfect spot, close to the Beach, Mall and ***** shopping, whilst not on the main road.

Lovely live music and great ambience attract passersby to this restaurant. Slightly upscale, it offers authentic Italian cuisine and alcoholic beverages. The pastas are rich and creamy and wholly satisfying. The mock tails however leave something to be desired.

Very nice location of this "italian" restaurant. Service was particularly bad on rhe night we visited, but we hoped that the quality of food would make for it. Little we knew.....food was just awful. I would bot recommend spending so much money for terrible food.

Nice location and atmosphere but service and food not as aspected. Especially the 'Italian Burger' was awful. Be very specific during ordering, staff is slow.

The place is of an average quality. The food is not bad but takes time to wait for an order. What makes this restaurant a good place to visit is live band, nice relaxing music.

Average taste of foods. But I love the atmosphere & location. It's beachfront & right on main road of Kuta beach. Many entertainments at 69 Bar such as live band, live DJ, fire dance, & juggling bartender.

Price slightly higher but Nominal as compared to other big restaurants in the same row. Chicken cashewnut with rice is my favorite dish here ! Fish with sweet and sour sauce was also yummy ! In starters, chicken wings was delicious! Opened 24 hrs, so anytime u get the meal u like. They have different bands singing everyday night . They do have Continental buffet breakfast in the morning .

Good place for quick bites. They also have couple of Veg options. so you can try there. Rest ambience being in beach side is good enough to attrack.

Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Menus are "standardized", as they follow National menus (everything is Halal, as I understand it).
Location is good, many other interesting places to visit afterwards if you are not done with your day.

Service a bit slow. Nice pizza but drinks could be better. Do not recomend to order coffee nor the milkshake, coke is fine though...lol
