The hotel is extremely pleasant and clean and quiet, pleasant staff, pleased to see clean bedsheets and towels without the use of unpleasant, overpowering perfume that you often find in these budget hotels, however, the bathroom in our upstairs room was a disaster... only place to hang your clothes is either some pegs that are too high to reach or a very thin towel rail positioned above the toilet, my clothes fell off into the toilet and I am travelling very light so didn't bring much spare underwear, I had to put my wet underwear in my suitcase to leave... the shower controls are not great meaning the water was too hot to shower in comfortably which is a shame because other than that the facilities are very good, the room is one of the best budget hotels I've stayed in and I've stayed in a lot around kuta... I hope they can address these issues and I will definitely be back another time with my family. Thanks

Have travelled to Bali on nine occasions, and for my first seven trips I would always pick a different hotel in the Kuta or Legian area. In hindsight, I was searching for the perfect hotel. Then in 2023, I chose Jesen's Inn 2 for my stay. A year later I stayed there again. And this year (2025) I will be there again. It's as close to perfect as you can get. For a start, it's located in a quiet alley that connects with Jalan Bakung Sari - a street that has everything to offer. The carpark at the front has ample room for the scooter I hire. The staff at this establishment are always happy and eager to help their guests - especially those who work at reception. Regarding the rooms, I believe they are good value compared to nearby hotels. The air-conditioning is effective, while the Wi-fi is reliable. It's worth paying a little bit extra for a superior room, if you want to spoil yourself. Looking forward to my next stay at this gem of a hotel.

Extremely rude staff.
The hotel looks good from the exterior but the inside of the room is very ordinary. Rooms and toilets were okay and clean but no toiletries were provided other than the soap even after paying 600k IDR for two nights.
From the bath shower, a jet spray and basin only hot to super hot water was coming.
No landline was available, wifi was very weak.
Overall it was not at all a good stay considering the amount that we have paid.

I had an overall pleasant experience at Jenson Inn 2. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Tantri for being exceptionally helpful. The cleanliness was acceptable, and while the room condition was average, it was perfectly fine for the price. You can't ask for more in this budget! However, I would suggest adding at least one vegetarian option to the breakfast menu. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars for the excellent service!

I stayed at the Jensen 11 Inn in July 2017. Fantastic Place. The surroundings are beautiful. All the staff tend to your need's.
From the moment you walk in until you depart. The food is excellent . Right near everything you need to get to. Will definitely be going back

Good hotel, centrally located. 2 ? deducted for providing no toiletries, tea / coffee and electric kettle in room. Pool is good and properly maintained

Excellent hospitality and good ambience. Very close to Kuta Beach. I spent there almost a week during November 2015. Food quality is good and a nice swimming pool. Special attraction is the friendly Iguana - ‘Fredy’. Nice hotel at a fairly cheap price!

Its very good always love eating here..everytime i come to bali i will eat here for lunch and dinner..quality is still excellent since 3 yeara ago when i first tried it.. for me this is the best nasi pedes bali. The other nasi pedas restos are not as satisfying as ibu anik..
