Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
From the moment I arrived, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations, especially considering that the price paid was comparable to a five-star hotel.
As I got out of the taxi, I saw a rat running across the hotel entrance. I initially tried to be understanding, assuming this might happen in a tropical country, but the situation became unacceptable when I encountered cockroaches inside the hotel room. The entire property felt very old, dark, and damp, creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic atmosphere.
Even if a hotel is old, proper maintenance should not be neglected. Basic bathroom amenities were not properly replaced, which could easily be improved with minimal effort and cost.
The dining experience was another major disappointment. The restaurant had very limited food options, the taste was poor, and portions were insufficient. I ordered fried eggs and sausages, waited nearly an hour, and the food was never served.
Noise was a constant issue throughout the stay. Hotel staff, rather than guests, were loudly talking early in the morning, and the fire alarm kept going off repeatedly during the day, making it impossible to rest.
On top of all this, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unreliable. I work online, and stable internet access was essential for me. Because of the weak connection, my entire work plan was disrupted, causing significant inconvenience and stress.
Overall, this experience was completely inconsistent with the price charged. I genuinely hope the management takes these issues seriously, and I strongly advise future guests to reconsider before booking to avoid a similar unpleasant experience.

The security guards weren't very attentive; they saw I had a lot of luggage but just watched instead of offering help. Both the security and front office staff were unfriendly and uninformative. There was a wide selection at breakfast, but they weren't quick to refill items. The rice was dry because it wasn't checked and refilled promptly. The bathroom had a bathtub, but it was unusable because the drain wouldn't close, so the water would just empty out, making it impossible to take a bath. The staff overall was unfriendly and not very responsive. I'd definitely think twice before coming back here again. 🙏
