We had a very short and pleasant stay since we were going to another district. But the staff was very friendly and helpful - even allowed us a free late check out 🤍

Great hotel close to airport. Early check in was appreciated. Has a spa onsite which I used.

The room was spacious, but the facilities and amenities were quite old. For a transit hotel, it was decent, but the price wasn't cheap either, over 600 for three breakfasts. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're coming from the airport, as you have to walk against traffic on a road with no sidewalk to get to the hotel (I paid 50 for a pickup, and it took five minutes to get to the hotel). However, it's fine if you're going from the hotel to the airport, as it's a straightforward walk. The kettle had a lot of limescale, which wasted a bottle of my Evian mineral water as the boiled water was full of sediment.

A very nice hotel and absolutely value for money. Completely exceeded expectation. Lucky we chose this one for our transit. Very friendly staff and close to airport. Town is like a 10 mins (when no congestion) drive away. We wanted to go to town, instead of getting the hotel arranged taxi, which was quite pricey, we just waved a taxi right outside and it iwas fairly economical.

After getting off the plane, it took me about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel using Amap for navigation. The room was incredibly spacious; I had three suitcases and could easily lay them out without issue. Even though it's near the airport, I couldn't hear any airplane noise at all. The breakfast spread was very diverse, with a great variety of fruits. After eating, a swim was just perfect – the pool was clean and didn't smell like disinfectant.

I've been here b4 and loved it so when knowing I'd have another layover it was my go to booking. Since it's Hilton it's impressive to beable to book this lovely place in Bali when doing so in Australia is triple the amount?
I was upgraded to a suite from a standard room, granted an extra hour check out as my plane arrived stupidly 1 1/2 late so I arrived 1.30 am here and I paid for a buffet breakfast which I loved again a 2nd time round. Great customer service, big sized rooms and foyer and amazing pool setting I got to enjoy even after check out awaiting my flight. Very greatful. Tira makarsi

This hotel is very close to the airport and feels secure with good security measures in place. The service was decent, there's a pool, and the overall environment is pretty good. Plus, the food isn't expensive.

I extended my stay. I had originally booked for one day and found the service to be quite good. The only thing is, you might need a decent level of English, otherwise, some things can be a bit hard to understand. It was safe and comfortable.

The hotel is a quick 3-5 minute taxi ride from the airport. The environment is pretty good, and the rooms are quite spacious, though there's a noticeable tropical humidity smell. It's an open-plan hotel, and there wasn't enough cold water in the public areas. The outdoor pool is nice and open 24 hours. Breakfast was plentiful, a good mix of Chinese and Western options. They even gave us complimentary macarons!

I booked this hotel again for an early morning flight back home the next day. This time, the room was clean and tidy, and the duvet, duvet cover, and pillowcases were all fresh. The staff even folded the towels into a swan shape on the bed, which was a lovely touch. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. However, the drain was a bit slow.

After seeing a good star rating on google we decided to pay to store our bags and walk here from the airport for one last proper indonesian meal before we flew home, as we had a few hours to spare. Poor service, very poor menu very little to choose from other than large set meals to share. Can't even order just a mie goreng/nasi goreng. Opted out of food and ordered two ice creams and a drink to still give them something for us turning up, but they still managed to forget the drink when ordered more than once. It never turned up so we just paid for the ice creams and left and will not be returning or recommending again unfortunately.

The service was good and the food was amazing!!! People should know about this 'Warung Mufu' They have the amazing food !! And also never forget to Mr Reza for serving us and very2 friendly. Must come!! ????☺️☺️
