Location is nice but it was one way and very hard to get back to the short way. Breakfast was good and the pool area was amazing.

Great location! Walking distance to Kuta Beach and Beachwalk Mall. Room was nice, clean. Bed was comfy. Comes with a balcony. Toilet amenities provided. Was served nice welcome drinks upon check in. Was given complimentary birthday cake. Breakfast was good! Delicious food and good spread of buffet with variety of choices. Request for late check out. Request was granted till 2pm. Hotel staff was friendly, polite and courteous. Swimming pool was small. But the view was awesome. Facing the sea.

Absolutely terrible. There was blood on the sheets under the pillow, and we're certain no one in our group was injured. When I called a male staff member to clean it, his first question was if I was asking for compensation? Unbelievable! I told him it wasn't from us, and he still argued. What the f***, I was fuming!

Excellent service for hotel staffs and excellent location beside Hardrock, beachwalk mall. Excellent pool view and good breakfast. Will stay here with family again.

Very friendly and attentive staff- the best thing about the Mercure! Great buffet breakfast- enjoyed my iced lattes and freshly made omelettes every morning.
Nice pool to cool off in with a lovely westerly sunset view. Located across from the beach with many restaurants nearby. Short stroll to Beachwalk Shopping Center which has a variety of shops and restaurants. Enjoyed daily walks along the boardwalk south to the airport and north towards Legian and Seminyak. Would recommend!

Great location facing the Kuta beach and the rooftop pool adds to the place as it looks as an infinity pool. Family friendly hotel and the staff is too kind and generous. I stayed for four nights along with my infant 10 month old and had great fun and memorable time

Check-in was smooth. The counter even helped me with confirming a booking for Tanah Lot from Traveloka.
I was told by the hotel staff that food at Mercure are halal.
Room was spacious, but the kettle was a bit faulty as it does not switch off automatically once water has boiled.
The water from the sink was hot first then cold when turned all the way with water jets, which I find very weird.
Hotel is close to Hard Rock, Starbucks and a few minutes walk from the mall.

The hotel is good location right next to Kuta beach. But the room I have on the second floor is old the room smell bad I have to call the hotel for spray the room. Toilet and shower look like in the picture. I was disappointing from this hotel. Front speak a little English. breakfast is almost the same every day.

I really enjoyed my stay. The first night there were some issues with the key reader on my door but the staff was really helpful and fixed the problem first thing in the morning. The breakfast had a good selection and the location is close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again

Good place for quick bites. They also have couple of Veg options. so you can try there. Rest ambience being in beach side is good enough to attrack.

Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Menus are "standardized", as they follow National menus (everything is Halal, as I understand it).
Location is good, many other interesting places to visit afterwards if you are not done with your day.
Good view by the windows.

Service a bit slow. Nice pizza but drinks could be better. Do not recomend to order coffee nor the milkshake, coke is fine though...lol

Food was just ok although the staff were courteous...have had food at pizza hut in other countries and found options in veg (none in pasta) very limited..

Lovely live music and great ambience attract passersby to this restaurant. Slightly upscale, it offers authentic Italian cuisine and alcoholic beverages. The pastas are rich and creamy and wholly satisfying. The mock tails however leave something to be desired.

Very nice location of this "italian" restaurant. Service was particularly bad on rhe night we visited, but we hoped that the quality of food would make for it. Little we knew.....food was just awful. I would bot recommend spending so much money for terrible food.

Nice location and atmosphere but service and food not as aspected. Especially the 'Italian Burger' was awful. Be very specific during ordering, staff is slow.
