Royal Singosari Kuta in Kuta

Terrible terrible terrible. Had decided to stay here from a friends recommendation, location was found to where we wanted to spend time so thought we would give it a go. 

Big mistake, shower in the bath every time you had a shower the bathroom room would end up like a puddle water everywhere this was from 2 different room. Construction on going that we were not informed about until we saw a letter that was in the room once checked drilling / hammering all day everyday. Room service food was very ordinary. 

The worst part of the stay was night 2 I woke at 2am severely itching to notice across my shoulder, side , hands and arms were covered in red marks and severely itchy. On calling reception was told I’d have to wait until the morning when a “manager” was in. 

After removing bed linen as per couple of photos “bed bugs” were found by the morning an apparent manager came to my room want to see the problem he took numerous photos and said “sorry” would you like a room move or are you happy to here.  Unbelievable - moved rooms for the final 3 nights no further dialogue from hotel management, I then needed a later check out for my flight was told the cost to extend my check out by 5 hrs, ZERO discount or care regarding a very poor stay. Having travelled to Bali numerous times this is the first time I’ve had a terrible hotel stay, next time I’ll stick to the hotels I know and bit listen to recommendations. If you do decide to stay here I recommend removing bed linen as soon as you arrive to double check for unwanted mites or you may spend the remainder of your holiday buying numerous creams and tablets to  stop the severe itching.
