I’m amazed from outside part of this hotel, it looks amazing.. but when you come inside, i don’t think its even 4 stars anymore. The room is old, no renovation, when we arrived the shower is broken, we have to even call the engineer, we’re going to the gym and was raining, the water come inside from the window like a little waterfall, the breakfast is a lot of option but unfortunately doesn’t taste good. We’re going for 90 minutes massage which i think is the best massage so far, unfortunately they corrupted the hours.. the whole experience is 2 stars, i didn’t even have a mood to take a picture of all of the mess, actually made one video of ants family crawling everywhere on the table. Will literally never go back, please renovate not just outside but even the rooms. I’ve been to other branches of golden tulip, this one is nightmare

Nice sand friendly staff. Clean. But I found the main mirror in the room spooky. There was a wall behind it but it was a one-way mirror.

I liked the hotel overall but every day they had a BBQ which filled the whole grounds with smoke. I got a pool room so I could swim when ever but was not able to due to the smoke. I could not breathe from triggered asthma. They offered to move me but it didn't help the situation at all.You come to a hotel to relax by the pool and we could not enjoy the facilities due to the whole hotel filled with smoke. Even if i didn't swim I still had to walk through it to get to my room. I have travelled for 40 years and never experienced a hotel like that. It wouldn't matter where the BBQ is cooked for the few people having it. Cook elsewhere than fill.the whole grounds with smoke. Cook it on gas than ruin the other guests holiday. Very disappointing. Now I'm home I'm still suffering from the smoke inhalation. The mosquito's were crazy also we couldn't sit at the pool bar either due to swarms of mosquito's. Never been at a hotel in all of Asia like that. Even at the pool chairs was swarms.

Because it’s located right next to a main road, the location is actually quite convenient. However, the city-view room is very noisy at night. I was really bothered by it. You can clearly hear motorcycles passing by, as illustrating that there’s almost no soundproofing. The noise from the balcony facing the road feels like it comes straight into the room.

I chose Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali because it seemed like a good place to stay in and relax for a short retreat, and it is also conveniently located near the Bali International Convention Center, where I was attending an event. Overall, the location made it a good choice.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which I appreciated.

However, in terms of cleanliness, it was just average. I found a small cockroach in the bathroom; fortunately, I managed to deal with it.

Another downside was the shower. The cold-water tap was not working, so only hot water was available. The water became too hot to shower comfortably, which forced me to use the bathtub instead.

In addition, the noise from the main road was quite loud. Fortunately, I am someone who can sleep despite noise, but light sleepers may find this uncomfortable.

This hotel is really suitable for those on a tight budget.

**Facilities**: The hotel facilities are quite old, to the point where some of the furniture even has an unpleasant smell.

**Hygiene**: The cleanliness was just average, with noticeable dust in some areas.

**Service**: Although the hotel is very old, the service was absolutely excellent. Around 1 AM, I wanted some lemon water with ice, and the room service staff brought it to me very quickly. This truly deserves praise.

The hotel is indeed very old.
