1 of the worst hotel ever I have been to. The hotel itself extremely dirty you can't be in the room for a minute. As soon as I got into room I just left could not stay at all...

Wonderful structure, right in the heart of the city centre. Walking distance of 5 minutes from every restaurant, beach, mall and shops. Very good and safe area. You can walk alone, at anytime, even if you are a woman.

The stay didn't start off well as they tried to put me in a twin room when I had booked a double room. They tried to tell me the double rooms were already fully booked. After asking for a refund, they "miraculously" found a double room for me. The room was nice enough but the cleanliness could be really improved. The sheets had some small stains, and a cupboard door was broken and really stained. I also woke up to see some sort of sandy material on the headboard of the bed. Only toilet paper and two bars of soap were provided.
The air con, fan, and wifi all worked well. The pool looked nice, although I didn't use it. The central location is the best thing about this place.

"This is the third time staying at Palm Garden Kuta Hotel. Whenever I fly to bali E, I choose this hotel because it is very near to the airport and the price of the room is cheap. It is like living in a shared dormitory. The room has a basic and minimal setup, which I am fine with. The cleanliness is also maintained well here.
I usually book a deluxe room, which is right next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very big. I usually like to swim in the morning and then go out to the coffee shop. There are two to three famous coffee shops just outside the hotel. I can also go to the shopping mall, which is very nearby."

Not a flash establishment but you will get the best service from the best staff. I could leave a wallet full of cash on the bar all day and it will be as I left it. Next door it's a guarantee you couldn't do the same. Food is good and the prices are very reasonable. The only place I will stay at when in Bali. No frills but safe

If you want to watch anything besides AFL, go somewhere else. Big screens should have been replaced years ago - poor quality pictures make watching sport unpleasant

I really want to commend and thank the staff here. We had a lovely meal but as my husband went to pay, he fainted near the counter and hit his head on the rocks. The staff immediately tended to him and cared for him, providing first aid and all, until he was feeling better and ready to head back to the hotel. It was a scary experience as it was a foreign country, so I'm extremely grateful for the hospitality we were shown. Additionally, the food and overall atmosphere of the restaurant is great too. A nice relaxing place amongst the busy streets of Bali.

Located in Legian street, come here at night to enjoy nightlife in Bali. The restaurant comfortable. Price and taste still affordable in the tourist place. Pork ribs so soft. Nice place to hanging out with friend , family or more.
