Bali Summer Hotel in our opinion was better than the four star we were in.
We had a ground floor room which was great. It was clean and maintained. The whole experience at Bali Summer Hotel was absolutely delightful. The food in the restaurant was 10/10. The staff are welcoming and friendly. If you like staying traditional Balinese style then this is your go to.
Hotel itself is very dated --- sorry. Maybe the price is worth it I guess? But the location is horrible.
Also ... No elevator, sketchy stairs.

This place have a traditional ambience. Hearing Balinese music while eating was so nice.
But if you're not really into Indonesian foods or taste and maybe Asian, then its all depend on personal preference.
Service here is good, and the place is open until quite late.
Menus are "standardized", as they follow National menus (everything is Halal, as I understand it).
Location is good, many other interesting places to visit afterwards if you are not done with your day.
