Very nice place, pretty pool and very relaxing, in a good location with great staff and a 24hr guest.

The pool looks good, but I have my doubts))) 4! Surprisingly, they brought an amazing, filling breakfast in the morning; a solid 5! The location is very close to the beach and the city center, with all the action nearby

Maybe I stayed in the wrong room, but I had a room without a window, but it was quiet. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location. The beach, cafes, markets, etc

Overall, it was okay for the minimal price; everything worked

Strategically located near Kuta, there's a laundry service right in front of the hotel and a convenience store. Coffee and drinking water are always available, but toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't provided

Everybody was so polite and always happy and smiling always making sure we were happy and asking if we wanted or needing anything. The room was cleaned daily and everything restocked, the pool was amazing

Nice and quiet here but if you got a car to drop you off, it’s down a backstreet. Pool is huge but looks quite stagnant and in need of a refresh. Breakfast looked good but can’t vouch as didn’t have it

This is a lovely hotel with a massive swimming pool area comfortable chairs and sunbeds. The rooms are spacious and the lobby area is very nice.

Ozz Hotel Bali Kuta is conveniently located near the beach. The staff is always welcoming and greeting you with a smile. The food nearby is easily available

The highlight is definitely the swimming pool are with its landscape. My room was initially on ground floor but asked to move to 1st floor facing pool. Water is weak and have to wait a while for hot water

1 with 2 single bed and 1 with 1 bed (deluxe) both spacious and clean and deluxe room even have water heater and fridge. clean towel, shower gel n shampoo plus toothbrush 😬. room facing swimming pool and it’s open 24hrs🤭

Unbelievable hidden gem in the busiest town of kuta! near to Kuta Beach, Legian beach (10-15min walk), eating place, mall etc. u even can hire a motor bike to get around from the hotel. so convenient Near to airport too

The Bali Diva is an amazing great-value find on Jalan Popies. It has a beautiful, clean swimming pool set in a courtyard with trees. It's within an easy walk to the beach, ATMs and several good restaurants and bars

This hotel is basic and well located in Kuta area. The hotel boasts a nice spacious pool to lounge and swim in and the rooms are comfy and do the job! Rooms are a little outdated but the hotel does the job!

It has a nice pool and even though it's on Poppies One it can be very quiet and peaceful through the night. It has everything you need providing your not going to just stay in your room all day

This place is "hidden" between poppy lane 1 and 2. Friendly staff and fast check in. I arrived about 10:30am and i'm in the room within 15 mins. Nice pool and free simple breakfast

Pool opened after maintenance after our first day and is turned out to be a nice addition to our stay. Friendly staff, quick laundry service, decent wifi outside the cottages, inside the signal is a bit weak

This hotel is exactly what it says on the tin, adequate rooms overlooking a small pool. Very good value for money, and the staff were lovely too.

Good for the price, nice pool. Staff is rather quiet and not very helpful when it comes to helping you to get transport. However the location is good, close to everything. Breakfast is ok, but rather small.

This hotel actually nice, have a nice pool too, nice bedroom and strategic near by the beach. But the cons are: the chlorine in the pool i guess it's too many

Comfortable hotel This is a very comfortable hotel. I stayed there for a total of 7 nights. It was very quiet. It was close to Poppies 2 and just the right distance to walk to the beach.

Reasonable price in a good location, but there was no air conditioning in the rooms and they need to be more careful about cleaning.

The hotel speakers in the lobby are too close to the rooms on the first floor. If the receptionist turns on music, it can be heard from the rooms. They play music until 10 PM, making it difficult to sleep before 10 PM

Upon check-out at 5:30, reception not on desk, but on lobby starways playing mobile games 😅 Really disappointed, especially from a brand I usually trust. Good thing, good Bfast, they provide free flow water gallon

I’m a loyal guest of the Santika group hotels, but my recent stay at Amaris Sunset Road Bali was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had—definitely the worst Amaris I’ve stayed in

From the very beginning, things went wrong. I was first given room 226, only to find out there was already someone inside. They moved me to room 221, but unfortunately, it was in terrible condition

Breakfast is ok and rooms are clean! You can leave your luggage for a couple of hours and chill at the pool

They also have a pool which is a nice amenity within the city. The rooms are nothing too special but they are enough for your stay. They have the basic amenities and that is enough

The staff at the Kutaya were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is quiet and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and cafés, and you can even walk to the airport, which is very convenient

Value for money stay! This guesthouse is 5-10min walk from airport so it is great if you want to stay near the airports. There's lots of local eateries in the area

This is a room that is great for sleeping in while you recharge before heading out into the wonder that is Bali again. It's not a hotel to hang out in. Also, it's a comfortable walk to Kuta beach

This place was exactly as advertised, and I will stay here again. It's a small room with a shower, comfortable bed, and AC. They got us our driver who was amazing

It's good place for backpackers, cheap, clean room and bathroom, have good & warm services, WiFi, Air Con and refrigerator. It's also have good access to convenience store, restaurant / street food stalls and Kuta Beach.

Very close to airport. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk airport. Owner is very nice and kind person. In the courtyard there is a little pool.

The location is good because it is near the airport, but the building has mold in the bathroom, breakfast is limited but coffee is good! Furniture very old and some real wear on doors.

Location near airport. You could find chinese culinaries around, if you prefer McD, its not too far tho. Clean hotel, low budget, Wifi great, small swimming pool, All good. Just no hot water.

This was our second stay at the pavilion. The staff are super friendly and helpful. All rooms have a nice outlook overlooking the pool. The location is quiet but central Will continue to stay here when in kuta.

Poolside ground floor rooms are what I’d recommend for convenience and proximity to the main office and pool. The deluxe rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with double glass doors

The driver who provided pickup and drop off to the airport services Mag (hopefully I was right) worked there for 20 years and still loves his job! The room, the decoration, the little garden for each cottage, and the well-designed space and the beautiful pool!! I mean, I didn’t go outside for anything, simply just staying in the hotel for whole day until my surfing class in the late afternoon

The hotel is in a Balinese style, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. Each room is a standalone villa with tables and chairs outside the door

Also, I used the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner…haha, I mean just trustworthy with fresh, clean and delicious food

Bed linen had an unpleasant smell and the towel was old and had stains all over it. There's a fridge and an electric kettle in the room. There's hot water in the shower

Entire common areas including (dirty pond/sad excuse for pool) are in very bad shape. Only plus is very close to airport and price but sadly a depressing place, not even worth the cheap price

There's a small pool which I didn't use cause it looked unclean. "Lippo Mall" is just across the road. There are local shops and cafés too

You get what you pay for. It's better not to come here for transit or night flights. There is no elevator, no front desk, there is blood on the mirror in the room, the light is very dim, not as good as a guest house

Large open air complex w 5 ft deep pool. Rooms are in need of bathroom renovation. Stained toilet bowl that has a constant drip sound. Very basic shower hose. No toilet water hose. Staff stay on site here.

Very good hotel for the price. Just a 6-7 minute walk to Kuta beach. Close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. The pool on the roof is also very nice and the massage room gave a great massage!

Buildings on both side toward hotel are empty. But only two hundred feet from main Street where I can find nice coffee shops and restaurants. Walk a little farther is the beach. I enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool

We booked for x3Rooms for 5 night for our family trip to Bali. Overall is good, we point out the. No Good Point is:- (1) One room Air-conditioning is water leaking + the toilet sewage system is poor

We stayed in a one-bedroom pool view room. In the evenings, we relaxed by the poolside, enjoying Bintang beer

The location, water pressure, and hot water were all satisfactory. The only thing I couldn't do was use Wi-Fi in the room. I could use it if I went outside the entrance. That was the only negative point.

Discovery Center was a 2-minute walk away, and Lippo Mall was about 10 minutes – it was great! However, the toilet paper doesn't flush, so it might be a problem for first-timers

My favourite budget hotel in Kuta great location, it's nicely decorated for the price point. The staff are very friendly and the pool is great open 24/7.

The pool area looked nice and the balcony view had great Bali vibes. Breakfast was extremely basic—toast, butter, jam, simple hot dishes like noodles or rice, some fruit, tea, and instant coffee

The ventilation only works when it senses motion and switches off after a few minutes, so the floor stayed wet and the smell never went away. Towels definitely need replacing

Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but the bathroom and towels need urgent improvement

They were washed but looked worn out, and one had a large hole. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked ok, the bed was comfortable, the TV had English channels, and having a fridge in the room was convenient
