My family and I had a wonderful 8-day stay. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the swimming pool was lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food at the restaurant was delicious

Rooms are very well maintained, clean, large, and cozy. The pool is the highlight and I loved spending time there. Staff is super friendly and attentive

The staff made it from a good experience to one of the best I’ve enjoyed. I stayed Christmas Eve and they even gave us a complimentary Christmas cookie tree

However, for a 5-star hotel, the coffee was disappointing—it tasted like instant coffee and wasn’t anything special

Let's start with the pros: 1) Family-friendly hotel 2) Helpful staff 3) Good, clean pool And that's where the positives end 😉 The room we stayed in was quite 'tired' and dated. It's really in need of a renovation

The room also had a musty smell. On top of that, the bedside lamp couldn't be switched off, meaning we slept with the light on for two nights. The bedding and towels weren't fresh and had stains

Choose here because the hotel is very friendly with children. Playground, tampons, coloring, chess, cooking, board, shallow pool, basketball, big buoy, my son is good here

The location is great. So close to almost everything we were interested in in that area. The room was clean, bedsheets fresh, as well as a/c. Walls has no mold (the one we stayed in).

Seamless checkin check out and only a short distance to the airport, which will cost about 60,000 rupee. Staff are amazingly friendly as you would expect

This property needs major renovation. If you have a lot of luggage, it’s not easy to carry it—especially if your room is far from reception or located on the second floor

Beautiful place with a few years on it but very clean. Has a great pool area and is well located. Staff was always helpful and professional on all levels. I would definitely stay here again

The Bakung Sari is an old historical hotel in Kuta. The property is very dated so many guests will not be happy but the cost is low so this is the trade off. My stay included breakfast which was uninspiring

No it’s not on the beach, but it is only a 2 minute walk through to the Main streets of Kuta and another 15 minutes to the beach, so it makes it a great day out to eat, go to the beach, eat some more or shop or get a massage then head back to the quietness of this hotel

Overall, it was nice staying in this hotel. Only 1 small note to the management to please treat your customer equally. The staff (most of them) seemed to prioritize to serve "Bule"

Us, as locals, tend to be ignored and only when we ask they will help us ( i work in the hospitaly industry , so i have been always to be friendly anywhere i go)

The room we got is at level 3 and there is no lift. We have to climb up 3 levels with luggage. Although there is porter helping us, the climbing up the stairs has turn us off. Our room does not have a balcony nor window

Beach is right across the street. Good live music, lovely restaurant. Food though was not up to the mark. Decent rooms and room service. Super cool pool area with a bar. Overall, good place to stay and superb location

Not a bad place given the price, there is a nice swimming pool in the foyer, however I didn't see anyone swimming in it. Was able to book a car to take me to the airport

The hotel was quite clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I didn't like the breakfast; personally, I found it not tasty at all, even though I'm not a picky eater. We didn't eat much beyond watermelon and toast

The pizza we ordered also wasn't great. Instead of meat, it had sausages for some reason. And to top it all off, we had a cockroach visit our room, which was an unpleasant surprise! 😎

I had a great stay at Ohana, Great location so it’s far enough away from the chaos of central Kuta. It has a great restaurant with a good selection of food at very reasonable prices

I said no and offered my driver’s licence instead, but he refused again, saying it was expired. I even offered to transfer the money using BCA banking, and he still refused

It’s very convenient as it’s situated in the center of Kuta. If u like walking, it’s a good exercise to connect the attractions while saving ur transportation

It was a little far from the beach

The room is clean and a non-smoking area. However, the main issue is the staff’s attitude, especially the large Chinese receptionist, who had a kind of annoying expression

All staff are commendable for being so hospitable and accommodating. I have made an error in booking for extra night and extra bed for extra pax, the extra night was not refunded since i booked it in trip

The room is very pleasant, was cleaned and refilled everyday, the hotel breakfast was nice too, bread, cereals, salads, omelettes was freshly cooked upon ordering and has nice selection of info food at the buffet

Location was far, if you are going to walk towards the beach and just 10minutes i think for a car ride. Our stay was pleasant especially because of the kindness and hospitality of the staff

If really want to nitpick, it would be great if showerhead is detachable and doors are thicker as neighbours kept waking me up in the morning with luggages and talking

I was very well received around 11 PM. The rooms are large and clean, the pool is superb, I recommend it.

The hotel has a great location. It's a 15-20 minute walk from the airport and also 15-20 minutes to the water park. Next to the hotel, there's a mall where you can buy groceries and exchange money

I booked a room for a couple of days but stayed for three more. The staff was very kind and attentive. I forgot my fridge magnets and returned to the hotel a day after check out

They didn't provide amenities other than soap, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfectly satisfactory. The building is old, but it felt clean.

Always nice to spend some time at REVĪVŌ. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms and facilities are excellent. Very healthy weekend, slept well, ate healthy, gym, sauna, a bit of surfing :)

A five star day and residential Wellness center up the hill behind the Mulia. Great facilities and treatments. Well worth a trip, even if you just want a massage as the therapists are that good.

I would highly recommend a stay at REVIVO. I attended a retreat here for 5 days and the facilities are outstanding. Rooms are beautiful and the staff are very attentive

The ventilation fan in the bathroom is so noisy, sometimes the sheets have some stains. There are also water marks at the Aircon, same for both the rooms we stayed in

The morning breakfast is good, even though there isn't much variety each day; the staff help you make a special omelette and scrambled eggs every day. Good, healthy breakfast with veg and fruit

 AC was great and quiet, but a fan would have been an asset…. And/or a ceiling fan on the patio. Bathroom requires a shelf to place toiletries. The pedestal sink allowed for no storage

 The room was equipped with a kettle and decent size fridge.  Coffee, tea and water provided daily.  I would have appreciated a microwave in the room as well as a fan

Each unit has a balcony, a King bed (very comfortable), bedside light controls and powerpoints, wardrobe, effective air conditioning, refrigerator and ensuite bathroom

However, the hygiene was poor; the toilet bowl was grimy, the bedsheets and duvet covers weren't clean and were very thin, and the towels were yellowed

Theres a laundry and a pool as well as a good breakfast served. For this price point, it really does represent outstanding value

A beautiful place, we loved our stay. As soon as we arrived we were guided to a sofa to sit down and rest our legs. Our bags were assisted off our backs and we were provided a cool drink of fresh orange

Nothing was wrong with this accommodation, except that it had a damp kind of smell in the room, having said that it was very humid at the time of our stay, otherwise very happy

This little gem is hidden from the busy streets,lush green plants everywhere so you can enjoy a relaxing coffee on your balcony /porch ,wifi was good ,clean and comfy room ,staff where always smilling and spoke good english ,location was on top on everything you need ,worth every penny spent wich was a lot when you consider the location

The whole experience at Bali Summer Hotel was absolutely delightful. The food in the restaurant was 10/10. The staff are welcoming and friendly. If you like staying traditional Balinese style then this is your go to

Stayed five nights here after leaving early at another supposed four star hotel in legian. Bali Summer Hotel in our opinion was better than the four star we were in. We had a ground floor room which was great

Only problem i got was the noise of the pool on the second floor and the door handle was kinda broken

Budget Hotel with good location, very close to the airport. You can even walk only 10 minutes. Has roof top pool. But I was stayed in the room that have dumped wall and wet floor when AC is on. You get what you pay.

I had been stayed in this hotel from 15.1.2018 to 18.1.2018. The rooms housekeeping reception and the breakfast are very good. I loved to be stayed here during one more visit to Bali

I felt guilt he had to carry a heavy bag. The pool had either stained tiled walls or needed a good clean. The sheets were more grey then white and the room had not been aired so was not a pleasant smell

The hotel is in a quieter location but still easy to access plenty of restaurants and activities around Kuta. This is our second stay, it’s a great place close to the airport via Grab or airport transfer

The toliet area smelt badly and I noted "Splatter" marks on the tiled walls, I can only presume. The banister to the 3rd flight of stairs was loose. The porter carried my heavy luggage up and was kind and courteous

Beware of this as if 3 groups on same day made same mistake must be common. The Walon group should account for this and do exchange internally as it's the same company even if pay only for the difference

Room 211 , bathroom has been renovated. There is a gap at top of wall with perplex to let light in. These give access to the mosquitos, geckos and who knows what other creatures as they are not wired

The surrounding area is not very convenient, it is relatively remote and deserted, and the towels are yellow and tattered. There was no hot water in the middle of the night

It may be a little crowded in front of the hotel because of the traffic lights, but it won't be every time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very kind, they know many hidden gems that locals know

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family and was totally satisfied. The hotel is very close to tourist areas, like the Kuta Beach or Legian area

There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby if you need something, and it's not far from the airport as well
