good location very close to airport nice swimming pool but nothing nearby for shopping, I took more than 10 mins by walking for the good massage. also the chicken and lamb satay just opposite the hotel, very yummy

My favourite hotel close to the end of the airport runway can get some great photos from the lovely rooftop viewing deck and swimming pool, but there's no escape from the heat of the sun up there, all the staff throughout where lovely and friendly, there's a decent breakfast as well, best to choose the when booking included in the room price, you in the restaurant 115

000 IDR, the room was also lovely, spacious, good aircon, very good powerfu hot l shower, i really had a great sleep there in the lovely big and comfortable bed, my room had a balcony as well, i will definitely come again,

The location was the only thing that was good. Other than that everything was average.

I only stayed there for one night. I enjoy my time staying there. The breakfast buffet is awesome and staff was very helpful. I like the room, it’s comfortable. The see through shower room makes me feel shy haha.

Nice and cozy place. 2 mins away from the main Legian street. Big hotel and lots of things to do. It's got a lovely pool area. There is a kid's area too. Hotel is big enough and serves good food.

The hotel is surrounded by the Kuta commercial area, with lots of shopping malls and restaurants nearby! If you're driving, I wouldn't recommend staying here because the road to the hotel is very narrow, unless you're an experienced driver! The hotel facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offers a great variety! Thumbs up! 👍

This hotel has a fabuleus swimmingpool in the centre of the hotel, as well as one rooftop swimmingpool. The breakbeat buffet is just delicious! The rooms are clean and the beds are very good

The room was a bit damp, and clothes took a long time to dry, but that's a common issue with coastal hotels. The soundproofing isn't great, but overall, it's comfortable and suitable for short to medium-term stays

The reception said the normal check out time is 10 am unless extended to 12 noon. Also the beach towel has to be collected and returned to the reception desk instead of by the pool

There is no place in the shower room to put the bath soap and only placed on the sink table. The coffee shop sign is hardly noticeable. Only find one electric outlet in the room

Did not do breakfast so cannot comment, I was hopping to get breakfast at the pool in the morning. But after swim found out they not serve there until after 11Am

Rooms and hotel is old and Housekeeping don’t clean well. Hot water in shower room is not strong enough. Simple buffet breakfast is very ok for the price paid. Free hot and cold water from the dispensers outside the room

I like colorful hotels and I book here for that. About 300 meters from Kuta Beach. Nice room design with a ready made shower room with toilet. The toilet bidet is the simple one which reminds me of Japanese bidets

It is well located in Kuta and overall it was quiet. Cam be noisy in the morning if on the second floor but that's it. Staff are helpful and friendly. You can leave your luggage if you need after checking out

**Facilities & Hygiene:** As it's a chain hotel, the facilities and cleanliness are definitely up to par. There's also a swimming pool, but it was already closed by the time I arrived at night

There are quite a few rooms, and it seems you can even book hourly rates, as I saw people checking out with their luggage late at night. **Service:** The front desk service was also very good

You can walk to both the international and domestic departure halls, and it's even closer to the international terminal

Overall, it's pretty good – convenient and safe, though the price is a bit on the expensive side for Bali

Small gym but has enough for a workout on the go. The surroundings are sufficiently green and curated that sometimes you don't get that airport feel, you would think you're elsewhere

I had a wonderful stay at Amnaya Resort Kuta. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the huge and beautifully designed lobby that immediately gives a feeling of comfort and luxury

Bad luck struck! It was pouring rain in Bali, and the road to the hotel was flooded. On the second day, there was still no hot water. But I still give it a good review because the hotel made every effort to fix things

The difficulties encountered were beyond their control. The hotel implemented an emergency plan to restore the hot water and also compensated guests with a lavish complimentary dinner

Stay in Grand Zuri Kuta Hotel was excellent! Room was very spacious and the view to the pool was also nice! There is a small convenience store just next to the hotel

The staff is very friendly. Room was okay, has slipper but no shampoo Bed is big, but the blanket is quite thin. The hotel also has swimming pool, gym and transportation service to the airport (150,000 per trip)

Great hotel to stay around Kuta area. Location is perfect, right next to galleria shopping mall and opposite of BIMC Hospital. This is the best option if you need to travel to bali for medical tourism

Reception was a little busy upon arrival and made me wait for a couple of hours the until check-in to 2pm, my room was excellent style and big, sadly with no balcony or view onto a very busy and noisy road, and Indonesia is dose it's best to create nose, so next time I have to book a pool view room to get away from the very noisy main road, there's a lovely bathroom and separate toilet, also a bath...

Aircon was not cold enough, the toilet area was big but the purple towels was disgusting as the purple colour can stain your skin and it had a smelly odour from the towel

The pool (and its lush gardens) is a nice place to relax in the morning or after a day out, complete, with balinese music and calming waterfall feature in the background
