From check-in, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were very polite and attentive. They kindly explained the facilities in detail and even helped carry our luggage to the room.
The suite room I stayed in was beautifully prepared, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The view of Ubud from the bath was absolutely stunning - definitely worth staying at least once!
The room was very spacious, and if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in Bali, this is the perfect place.

Exceeded all expectations! The hotel has a semi-open design, giving it a really chill and convenient vibe. There are so many famous Ubud restaurants and small shops nearby, and Pison is right next door. It's super easy to get to ATV tours, spas, and the zoo. The biggest surprise was when the handsome, braces-wearing guy at the hotel upgraded us to Alaya Suites, a new property just a few minutes walk from the original Alaya. The new hotel is fantastic, with exceptional service and delicious, freshly prepared breakfasts! We stayed at Potato Head, Anantara, and Bulgari during our trip to Bali, but considering the overall value for money, Alaya costs less than half and offers a unique experience. I would definitely stay at Alaya again next time I'm in Bali. Huge thanks to the hotel and staff for their warm hospitality.

It's quite close to Ubud Palace, about a 20-minute walk. You can pass the Monkey Forest on your way back from Ubud Palace. However, I think it's a bit small for a resort, and the price isn't really worth it. Plus, the rice paddies were already gone when I stayed.

The service was good, but the facilities are quite old! The door lock was hard to open, and the pillows in the room were all very high with no lower options available. The front desk staff provided excellent service, though the hotel spa only offered a single massage technique.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Ubud. The environment is quite good, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It's convenient to go to Pison for a meal, and they offer free afternoon tea. I also had a SPA treatment, which was a great experience!

Room condition: Very clean, tidied twice a day (morning and evening). The room faced the pool and had a balcony, which was lovely for lounging.

Beautiful resort, relaxing pool side. Staff were very friendly, and the rooms were kept very clean every day.

The staff here are incredibly polite and welcoming. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of eateries and situated right next to the Yoga Barn. It is an ideal spot for yoga enthusiasts—I highly recommend signing up for the 5-class package nearby.

If you're looking for a place to play billiards look no further. An hour costs around 55k, the tables are in excellent condition, cues are ok. They run tournaments at least once a week - ask staff about them if you're interested.
You can buy some Australian craft beers, although it's rather expensive - 100k for small bottle.

Great cold beer, one of the best burgers in Ubud, plenty of pool tables, multiple screens for sports, super friendly and efficient staff, and host Greg who goes the extra yard to help his guests.

Went to watch EPL football and drink beer and was able to do both. Friendly service and fast. Pool tables large and small sizes charged by the time rather than the game. Also have a table tennis table but don't sit too close to this unless you enjoy drunken players retrieving their balls from under your chair. Couple of arcade video games units with a selection of classics. Also a nice selection of bar foods including vegetarian options. Draft.and bottled local beers and some very expensive imported xraft beers from BEERVANA.

Spent AFL grand final day here everyone is on Bali time working there but that’s ok , beer was cold burgers were great, heads up if your ever coming here for the grand final get here by 12 noon the place gets packed, would come back again no problem.

Drinks were so so, ordered the wedges from the snack menu and was very happy (pictured) , mate ordered the chicken Parma with wedges and wasn't happy, I got twice the food for half the price. Lol. Great atmosphere though, they have sports in background on multiple screens (footy and rugby from my visit).
