The hotel is located in a quiet, cool, secluded area surrounded by lush vegetation. The hotel's atmosphere is neat and comfortable, especially the lobby, which is very pleasant to sit in. The service is top-notch. A stay at the Westin Resort Ubud is highly recommended.

I took a junior suite... Alhamdulillah, the room is right above the hotel lobby... so I can enjoy the morning air on the balcony, enjoy the chirping of the birds... God willing, I will come back here....

Very very happy. All the staff were very friendly ❤️ Helped prepare my husband's birthday surprise, always offered to take pictures with us, always asked if we were comfortable. Good service 🥰 Cozy place. This resort truly exceeded my expectations! The pool design is absolutely beautiful, with clean and clear water. During the day, the sunlight sparkling on the water really gives off a vacation vibe, and in the evening, the lighting creates a very romantic atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were warm and professional, making me feel completely relaxed from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of high quality. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. It's definitely a place I'd come back to and recommend to friends!

Excellent stay, such that I want to return again! The amenities at Westin is the best part of the stay, with a whole range of activities to choose from and a wonderful breakfast spread. The team also upgraded my junior suite to a king suite. Wonderful stay indeed.

A great choice for staying in Ubud. The pool is lovely and the Western restaurant is quite good.

I love how westin keep elevate standard as a great hotel, what a nice amenities, all with green tea perfumed. Bed so comfort, very clean and cozy room and the highlight is staff personality. Start with a front who told story about his experience, staff who told history about how hotel stayed through pandemic, staff who noticed my daughter loves colouring and gave her coloring material during breakfast, staff who noticed how little she ate and then offered her pancake to make. I feel listened well and could be in touch with them, i love how people here worked profesionally while maintain they personality. Perhaps the only con is breakfast is really western centered while asian and indonesian seems a bit sad like the menu didnt harmony each other at the time i stayed. Shuttle was provided to city center only at 10.00, 13.00 pm and 16.30 pm so better you have vehicle option if you stayed here

From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is pure serenity—nestled in a lush rainforest setting with a breathtaking centrepiece infinity pool that feels like it’s floating in the clouds amongst the serine jungle. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and just breathe and experience a place you can relax, be well and rise every day feeling better than the next.

The food is exceptional across the board—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards.

What truly sets this property apart, though, is the passionate Westin associates that Go Beyond! The entire team operates at an incredibly high level, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you to General Manager Saraswati, whose hands-on leadership is evident everywhere; you can feel how much she genuinely cares about both guests and her team.

Darma at the lobby bar is a standout… his attention to detail and craftsmanship behind the bar made every visit memorable. Yana ensures the restaurants runs like clockwork, delivering a smooth, polished, and faultless dining experience every time. And Arta and Crisna—your work ethic and standards are simply outstanding. You consistently go above and beyond in a way that truly elevates the entire property.

Cleanliness is absolutely next level—impeccable in every possible way with an amazing housekeeping team.

Overall, it was good, but the rooms facing the lobby were quite noisy, and the pool was a bit small. Everything else was fine, but Ubud is too far from the city center. I feel like the beach areas are more enjoyable.

Booked a garden view room, but the hotel didn't upgrade us. Our room faced directly onto the street. On the bright side, the hotel restaurant and pool experience were both excellent.
