Place is quite and easy access to the pool. Over the balcony u can view the pool and nature side by side. Nice landscape. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very professional and kind all the same time. The best thing about the hotel besides the staff is their amazing food menu where it’s unbelievably convenient and delicious. We’ve tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and it just never disappoints...

Overall, it's just a hotel. There's a pool on the roof, and I stayed on the top floor right underneath it. I could hear people splashing around and diving in from early morning. In general: it's just a hotel.

The Mudru Resort is beautifully situated and peacefully secluded. The rooms are nicely decorated and well kept. There‘s a spa with a good variety of treatments, a nice big pool with deck chairs to relax in, a lush tropical garden and a restaurant with great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel personnel is very attentive, nice and helpful with all requests. A wonderful place to stay

The pool was not available for use due to the flood. The room booked was not available but the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite. This resort was the perfect start to our time in Bali. It’s right in the center of Ubud but feels like its own oasis and is very quiet. I was happy to see wonder rice terrace from there. And it was good weather. They are very warm friendly welcome. I suggest to take photo shooting service. But there were just two of unhappy things. Argasoka bungalows is in a central location in Ubud, Jl monkey forest isn’t as busy as Jl Hanoman so it’s good if you want a quieter street. The staff at the facilities are the most beautiful humans and the pool is stunning. There are monkeys that also float around but the staff are pretty good at keeping them at bay and they’re so cute. No need to go to monkey forest when they’re in your back yard...

Exhausted from the journey, I couldn't make any arrangements. They said the room wasn't fully cleaned and I couldn't check in until after 2 PM. The bathroom was dirty; the door had a latch lock that wouldn't close; The middle section of the bed was sagging, and the blankets smelled musty. The wardrobe and doors were dusty.

They were very accommodating and immediately helped us by cleaning the room again and changing all the linens. We really appreciated their quick response. Overall, it was a good stay and the location is very convenient.

Great experience overall in Beji, quiet old room but just for the pool and the peace you feel its worth it
