Quite a disappointing experience.

I fully understand that the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM, and I have no issue with that. What caught me off guard was the response I received after proactively informing the hotel via WhatsApp that I could be a few minutes past the 12:00 PM check-out time. I was surprised to be told that even a very short delay would immediately result in a Rp250,000 charge.

What makes this particularly uncomfortable is that this policy was never clearly communicated during check-in, nor was it stated on the OTA booking page where I made my reservation. Instead of feeling like a helpful reminder, the message came across more as a warning about a financial penalty.

In my experience staying at various hotels, from 3-star to 5-star properties, management is typically more flexible and understanding when a guest communicates a minor delay in advance. There is usually at least a brief grace period or a more guest-friendly approach.

I am still wondering whether this reflects the hotel’s actual policy or simply the approach of the staff handling guest communication. There is a difference between enforcing a policy and creating a positive guest experience. One feels human; the other feels automated and purely transactional.

As for the hotel itself, I do not believe it meets the standards of a 4-star property. The room and bathroom are very small, and the parking area is extremely limited.

Overall, this is not a hotel I would return to or recommend to my business colleagues and out-of-town visitors.

Nice hotel and great hospitality from staff. However onsen facilities quite run down.

Good services, clean, fast and friendly service. The room has a Japanese ambiance, and amenities like a hairdryer are also available. I've stayed here many times, and their service is always consistent. Definitely the best! 👍🏻

Only downside was didn’t get to try the onsen. Hope to try it during my next stay.

Nice and comfort stay. Staff is nice, and they also have smart TV. And they give you drink in refrigierator, also they have a bath tub so you can enjoy your stay.

This hotel is good for those who have activities in Kemang. I think its not suitable for kids and family.

Great hospitality but for the cleanliness needs to improved, especially the bathroom. Good area but the traffic jam was truly terrible.
