Facilities: This hotel is a bit old, so the room facilities are showing some wear and tear, but the overall hardware is still decent. It's quite close to the mall.

Great location. Clean room. Very professional staff.
The room was weirdly dark, even with all light on. "Having a gym" is kind of an overstatement. It has a tiny room with very few equipment.

The location is excellent, right in the PIK area, with a mall downstairs which is really convenient. Overall, it's pretty good, though it can get a bit noisy sometimes. The service was great.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a business trip. The hotel is a quiet and clean room with a comfortable environment. The Wifi was reliable and staff was friendly and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, the stay was pleasant and efficient for business travel.

The hotel is in a great location, right above a shopping mall and very close to the airport. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby. However, the room was a bit small and the lighting was a little dim.

Fast check ini, spacious room and nice view! My family was very happy eventhough we only spent one night here for my husband's birthday. Location is great, we drove around PIK area all the way to Holland PIK.

Good location, connecting mall and central of PIK area. I don’t like a big mirror in the room facing the bed. It would be nice to place iron in the room.
