We came for a concert, so the hotel's location relative to the stadium was important to us. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the pool is long and deep, and there's a small gym. There are many shops near the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a meager selection, so we ordered room service.

1. The hotel has a lot of rooms, but the facilities are a bit old and need updating.

The breakfast tasted good, but there were quite a lot of guests when an event was held, which made the food insufficient. The service was mediocre. Some parts of the bathroom felt unclean, and I found hair on the bed and the blanket smelled of cigarettes in the bedroom.

The location initially seemed convenient, but upon arrival, it turned out not to be. The buffet lacked variety; all dishes were Asian with no Arabic options. The room cleanliness was poor, and the promised toiletries were not provided, nor were tissues. The laundry service was also unreliable with its timings. Thank you.

My stay here was terrible; overall, I was very disappointed. The room cleaning was poorly done, and the hygiene was concerning. I even found bloodstains on the bedding, which was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, with not many edible options. The staff's service attitude was also unsatisfactory, with slow responses and poor service quality. The overall value for money is very low, and I do not recommend staying here.

Rooms are nice and huge, breakfast was good. Location is pretty far from city center but near to airport (approximately 30 mins). There is a supermarket and shopping mall downstairs that sells mainly basic items, cafes, bakery, etc.

The rooms and all facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was satisfying, and I especially loved the large and long swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by buildings on all four sides, so it gets shaded after 3 PM, but the water temperature was perfect as it had been warmed up by the midday sun.

The location is excellent, being close to Soekarno-Hatta Airport and also near many tourist attractions in Central Jakarta. The room condition is good for the price. It's a hotel with great value for money.

Good spacious room. Very close to Mangga Dua shopping. The lock on the wrong side for the chai. Hole. Overall good clean room and good amenities were provided. Was upgraded to premier duluxe. Worth the short stay and good breakfast with local and western spreads. Best pastry at breakfast served pipping hot!

However
Price is to expensive for the food you get.
We weren't told about there being only Salmon and no Tuna untill sitting down at the table, even though they showed us the menu prior to entering the restaurant, bit annoying as this should have been mentioned before hand.
We were told there will be a reduced price at first for the 3 type 9 pcs sashimi set as only salmon avaliable and no other ingredients so were given salmon sashimi 5 pcs instead of the 9 pcs 3 fish type mixed sashimi, however when the bill came we were charged the full price of the 9 pcs mixed sashimi set even though we only had 5 pcs of salmon sashimi, which was 3 times more the price than in other sushi establishments anyway.
That was really bad!
When leaving we questioned the bill and were told the staff member made a mistake and that they didn't have the 'correct button' on the till to charge the price originally stated! Unbelievable!
So whilst all the staff were nice and friendly throughout, i found them a little unprofessional. Whilst the food was reasonably nice it was overpriced.

Very good bbq and shabu shabu. Served sushi as well. Salmon sashimi is very thick and fresh. Price is extremely expensive but is worth the quality

Expensive for what you get. Food was not bad. Spicy tuna and salmon roll has a LOT of Wasabi inside, not just spicy sauce
