No doubt about it, it's 5 star's hotel. Love everything, all of it. The indoor pool, with gym, sauna, spa complete set to relax. Definitely coming back. Don't forget about the foods, you'll be missed.

Very spacious room, clean, modern and comfortable. The gym exceeded expectations. It came with a smith machine, multiple Technogym equipments and weights up to 22kg. As far as hotel gyms go, quite good. The changing rooms also has a hot plunge pool for recovery.

Check in should be at 15.00, I came at 15.30 to check in. But I got the room key at 16.05. How come? For the breakfast I came to the restaurant at 09.10 but I got the tablet at 09.20 (waiting and standing for 10 minutes). How come?

Hotel is old . I rented exc suit . When I went carpets and air conditions smells furnutures very old curetains and walls and ceiling is bad . Hotel can be stayed for only location. And price is 3 times more than other hotels and others should be better. I wont choose again

For breakfast, my group was assigned a table for 3. However, the utensils were not complete and the waitress seemed reluctant to fulfill so that the three of us moved to a table for 4. I ordered an omelette at the egg station and the attendant said that it would be delivered to my table. I had my breakfast for 40 minutes but that omelette had never come.

Stayed for 2 nights, so didn't get to explore the place around it. Service from the staff was excellent. Very polite and always willing to help out when they see us in doubt or require any assistance. This trip, I stayed for quite a long time, 15 days (Nov 19 - Dec 2, 2025), at the Sunlake Hotel in Jakarta. It's close to everything, and there's no traffic. The lobby staff were excellent, the rooms were newly renovated, and the breakfast was delicious, with different options every day. The service was great. Next time I'm in Jakarta, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Five stars! 👍🏼

Booked 3 bedrooms apartment style with living room, dining table and kitchen. Very spacious and clean. Nice skyscrapers view. Breakfast with various food selection. The room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. This Le Méridien is quite old, but the overall maintenance isn't bad, and it was even renovated in '24. Breakfast was plentiful; however, the turn-down service was a letdown – just a mouthwash, which was pretty laughable.
