Facilities: generally thoughtful & well-maintained...from the playful "trio dips" in nature (e.g. read Caribbean Storms / Cold Mist / Caribbean Monsoon near the steam room) + hot tiled daybeds to my well appointed rooms...
Food: spoilt for choice, high quality that's worth waiting, taste + texture + presentation of high order...

Great hotel with excellent service. Nice pool surround by lovely greenery and a private park.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. Everything was great. The staff were very attentive and took care of every detail. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the hot water in the bathroom was at a perfect temperature. There's a convenient entrance on the first floor connecting to Lotte Department Store for shopping and dining. The bed is very comfortable.

Amazing service from all hotel staff especially butler Dwiki and housekeeper Fahdi. Room, amenities and facilities are tiptop, so much so we just want to stay in our room and chill. Keep up the good work and we would not hesitate to choose Raffles again when we are in Jakarta.

It's probably surprising to most that a chine restaurant at Mall Ambassador could be any good but honestly their roasted duck is fantastic. I've been there at least 5 times and it's always good to know the taste is the same. A must try. The udang telor asin is also pretty good.
