Stayed for 2 nights, so didn't get to explore the place around it.
Service from the staff was excellent. Very polite and always willing to help out when they see us in doubt or require any assistance. The facilities are pretty ok, but does require renovation as it looks old, front door knob of the room came off lol.
There's a mini animal zoo near the swimming pool area, with lots of cute animals.
For a 5-stay hotel, it's very affordable

Dear travelers you need to stay in this hotel it is so comfortable room ,we stayed there for 4 nights the breakfast so amazing looks like 5 stars breakfast in 4 stars hotel.everyone should stay here during the New Year’s Eve fireworks unbelievable I go stay there every year for the fireworks only you almost can riches the fireworks .the swimming pool is big ,gym,tennis court mini zoo even they put up jumping castle during school holiday that is customer service the staff’s so friendly.

This trip, I stayed for quite a long time, 15 days (Nov 19 - Dec 2, 2025), at the Sunlake Hotel in Jakarta. It's close to everything, and there's no traffic. The lobby staff were excellent, the rooms were newly renovated, and the breakfast was delicious, with different options every day. The service was great. Next time I'm in Jakarta, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Five stars! 👍🏼

I like this hotel and i will come back.
Good friendly hotel except outdated interior. Big nice room and toilet, bathroom can be better.
Somebody was eating smell fruit (durian) on the same floor and the whole room was smelly like we've been eating in the room. The ventilation system (ac) was connected to each other. We call the reception telling them that was not us.
Breakfast can be better.
We were happy with the hotel and satisfied.
At this moment I give this hotel a 4 stars until they upgrade it than deserve 5 stars

2 weeks ago I complained about AC of room 739. the button not work, you can control the room temperatur nor dan speed. The only function is on-off. I complained to Receptionist (Ms.Dwi) when checked out. Yesterday we got the same room 739, no change at all. We complained again, the technician was repairing but no change, even the noise is harder.
When checkout the same Receptionist (Ms Dwi) ask my experience agin. What a shame 😜.
I don't think I will stay this hotel next visit, enough is enough.

Good location with local lives, near the Mall of Indonesia and easy to access to highway to connect with attractions and convention centers! Highly recommended to all types of visitors
