I was very satisfied with the comfortable room. The breakfast had a great variety too, I'd love to visit again.

This is a very good hotel. I have a sensitive nose and can be affected by poor air quality in hotels, but this hotel didn't cause any problems at all.

The receptionist handled our complaint regarding the room condition—which did not match the photos and description on the website—fairly well from a procedural standpoint. While the receptionist did make an effort to be polite, However, the service felt somewhat lacking in sincerity. This stood in stark contrast to the colleague next to her, who was extremely warm and even proactively apologized to us. The difference was very noticeable. I would suggest improving the receptionist’s facial expressions and overall hospitality gestures to better reflect a warm and welcoming attitude.

Aside from this, all other services were excellent. The hotel decorations was so awesome! We love it! The security team, club lounge staff, and other hotel personnel delivered outstanding service, which we truly appreciated.

I was quite disappointed that the receptionist initially seemed defensive regarding our request. Ideally, the receptionist should first carefully review the booked room type before referring to the request column. There was a specific reason we booked that particular room category, and requests should only be considered if the hotel is actually able to fulfill them. It felt reversed.

That said, we sincerely appreciate the initiative taken afterward in offering a complimentary service or room upgrade. This gesture was highly appreciated. However, I am not the type of guest who takes advantage of such situations; I simply accepted the compliment.

This aspect definitely needs improvement in the future, especially for a hotel of Le Meridien’s standard. Good luck ! 🍀

Festive season stay in the heart of Jakarta... with my mom,
here we were celebrating Mother's day.
we got surprises from the hotel.
Room was upgraded to suite which was very cozy & a welcome Red Velvet cake.
Really enjoyed all activities within the hotel :
the gym, the new renovated swimming pool and of course the La Boutique Gourmande, our favorite cake shop ...
On Sunday we also experienced Car Free Day activity just in front of hotel...
All staff well trained and professional. Thank you for excellent hospitality.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Would definitely come back again

This Le Méridien is quite old, but the overall maintenance isn't bad, and it was even renovated in '24. Breakfast was plentiful; however, the turn-down service was a letdown – just a mouthwash, which was pretty laughable.

A centralized location near to train station and malls. Good eateries around as well.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is strategic, just a short taxi ride away from several major shopping malls. The gym is well-equipped, catering both to serious weightlifters and those who prefer a lighter workout like treadmill sessions.

Stayed here for Blackpink concert and they gave out free Blackpink handheld fans!
