We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I had requested a small birthday surprise for my father in advance, and the hotel kindly prepared a birthday cake for him. It was beautifully arranged and made his day truly special. We really appreciated the effort.

Security at the entrance was well managed, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. All staff members were professional, warm, and attentive.

The breakfast spread was exceptionally diverse, with a wide range of Western, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, and Indian dishes, as well as desserts and fresh fruits.

Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would gladly stay here again.

Hotel is old . I rented exc suit . When I went carpets and air conditions smells furnutures very old curetains and walls and ceiling is bad . Hotel can be stayed for only location. And price is 3 times more than other hotels and others should be better. I wont choose again

sadly, at first we got the room the staff from receptionist give us the wrong room. its such a shame moment. we got complimentary but still?! *** moment. and the bathroom still not clean enough especially the bath tub.

For breakfast, my group was assigned a table for 3. However, the utensils were not complete and the waitress seemed reluctant to fulfill so that the three of us moved to a table for 4. I ordered an omelette at the egg station and the attendant said that it would be delivered to my table. I had my breakfast for 40 minutes but that omelette had never come.

The hotel room was rundown and seriously need an upgrade / renovation. Room was so disappointed with old furniture, refrigerator and tv. Really wonder how they got 5 stars for this hotel.

Overall experience was good. Would rate a high 4stars.

Everything is good, except rooms are slightly older due to all the years. Things like hair dryer has to be improved. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Steak and pork are juicy, while I ordered medium-well I would recommend to have medium for the quality meat they have. I like the Bloomin Pickle Fries, the topping of battered pickled vegetables is tasty.

The deesert this time is Cinnamon Oblivion, it is a shared size ans would be nice to go with espresso or black coffee.

Decently clean, walked in with a real live Ozzie but still no discount. Bread was cold, no ribs, no asparagus, no guacamole with tuna, and one more thing I can’t remember. Service ok. Overpriced for a place that is one notch above Denny’s. I guess fake Australian American food is a delicacy here in Jakarta. I’d pass next time.

Of course the steak is the real reason to dine here. The burger, however, is not. The patty was smaller than the bun (unlike the photo in the ad). After 3 bites the generic bun disintegrates and you have to finish it off with fork and knife. The pickles, lettuce and single slice of beefsteak tomato were the highlight. I think I should have ordered a salad with fries and a beef patty on the side to actually enjoy my lunch.
