Room is clean & wide enough for short stay. There's a mini-shop at the reception.

Everythings good, the room is clean, the air conditioning my is cold, the bathroom is clean, but the door is too noisy, everytime other rooms closed the door is too noisy.

The bed linen is dirty, and the worst thing is that there are cockroaches, at least in my room they were, as for the others I don’t know!

We stayed for two days this time. The air conditioning in the room on the first day did not work. It was very hot. We could not extend the room on the second day. The price on the Internet was doubled. I had no choice but to change the place.

The hotel is located in a very strategic area, close to the Senen train station and also other modes of public transport (TransJakarta and KRL). The room was clean and has pretty much all the basic necessities covered. Downside is there is no minimarket nearby so if you need to buy snacks/other stuffs might be a bit hard to do especially at night

Good, I liked the hotel. I recommend it. It is close to Atrium Mall, on the same street.

Can somehow smell someone smoking even when the window and door is closed. But great service and polite staff.

This Le Méridien is quite old, but the overall maintenance isn't bad, and it was even renovated in '24. Breakfast was plentiful; however, the turn-down service was a letdown – just a mouthwash, which was pretty laughable.

The -ve part is that they don’t give 2 tea & 2 kopi like the other hotel, they only provide one and chargeable if I will to ask for another tea bag. Overall a pleasant stay and friendly staffs

The hotel atmosphere is nice and peaceful, and the cottage-style concept is quite charming. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement. Some areas felt poorly maintained, such as a damaged telephone cable coming out of the wall, dusty spaces under the furniture, and a dirty terrace. The curtains also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while, and the bathroom was not very clean either....

Everything ok, just a bit the building is old so some furniture is a bit broken ( i.e door in toilet, drainage of wastafel) but the maintenance staff is helpful. The services is quick response if the receptionist is a man once we called, but if woman once we called 2x times to complain on the tap of wastafel no one coming. This is a very old hotel, with individual bungalows, suitable for a leisure trip. The bungalows are on a private island, like an upscale residential community, so it's inconvenient without a car as dining and attractions are far away. The rooms don't have international standard power outlets. The towels and bathroom facilities are also outdated. It's primarily a resort, so it's fine for vacations,...

Room aircond goes off automatically after few minutes! After resetting mains control,operation resumes. But same thing happened again after few minutes! There’s no telephone in room to contact hotel receptionist/maintenance to report fault.

This hotel is an online seller friendly hotel where in most case you can be at ease shopping none stop where you don’t have to worry about you luggage’s space for keeping.
