The location is near various restaurants, minimarkets, Total fruit market, Holland Bakery, Pizza Hut Delivery etc. The room is pretty spacious and clean.

We stayed for 1 night but we have stayed 3 times in total. All the service has been good and friendly, as the work is located in the North Jakarta area, making it very easy, close, and affordable. Thank you for the service.

A very strategic hotel, close to Kimia Farma, Indo Alfa, the breakfast is delicious, the AC is cold, it seems like a good hotel before because there was a refrigerator... but now it's gone. Some of the curtain rails are loose, hopefully they will be fixed soon.

The staff was very attentive. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, and the bathroom and sink were moldy. The bed linens and towels were stained and were not changed despite our request. The same dirty dishes sat in the hallway outside our room for three days. I can't really recommend it. You can find cleaner rooms in this price range.

The food is delicious, the service is friendly, but the room floor needs to be updated and the room floor needs to be replaced with non-slip ceramic tiles.

Moved from the 6th floor to the 4th floor, the noise from the outdoor unit was a little less, the refrigerator worked better... everything else was the same. The service was good, but the hygiene was average, the quilt cover and bed sheet were almost black... the facilities were shabby, and the bed made a noise when I turned over...

There's hot water, an elevator, and a canteen on the ground floor. It's pretty decent and budget-friendly.

The view from my room was incredible. The facilities were great, it's close to everything, and I liked that there was a drinking water dispenser. The breakfast was also delicious and affordable – highly recommended.

I stayed on the 2nd floor but why wasn't the wifi detected even though I was given the wifi code? There were also lots of cockroaches in the room. Please improve the cleanliness so that these animals don't nest in the room.

Although there were two bath towels, I was disappointed that there was only one pair of slippers and a toothbrush. I would like new bath towels.

The room looks old with minimum amenities. Parking fee is charged (flat rate) . No sandals, no toothbrush.

I came here to see my father in RS Harapan kita.. very handy, very close to visit back and forward.. but no disablled room available for premiere room.. they are joking if the room is could be for disabled.. they just dont understand what dies disabled mean??

The hotel's location is super strategic, it's inside Harkit Hospital, just walk back and forth to the hospital at night so it's safe, the size is ok, only the towels are a bit dirty, the breakfast is standard

Toilet could be improved Bed is old and too soft. Maybe better to avoid Amaris older hotels like this one.

The hotel is in a good location, relatively clean and quiet. There is a convenience store downstairs where you can easily buy daily necessities and snacks. It is also not far from the airport and you can take the highway directly to get there. It takes 20-30 minutes if there is no traffic jam.

This Muslim hotel has a great location and it's quite convenient to park. However, there are mosquitoes and ants in the room. I hope they can improve the hygiene. Towels are not provided in the room.

Actually, this hotel has potential, but they don’t seem to put much effort into improving the room’s appearance, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. The rooms facing the street were very noisy—you could hear traffic all night long. You’d better bring good earplugs. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. I’m really grateful for their service.

We got assigned room 107, which was right next to the kitchen. At 2:15am, we woke up to clattering/moving/working noise as they were preparing the breakfast line. At 2:30am I went outside to tell the receptionist that we couldn't sleep from all the noise, he said he'll tell them to stop. We went back to the room and the noises continued, this time even worse than before because they started chatting...

The hotel offers free self-service laundry, they even have detergent! The rooms are spacious and clean. However, a lot of rooms do not have a window. The staff is very friendly.

Seriously, just awful. The receptionist seemed completely uninterested in working, super grumpy and rude. Maybe because he's a guy, but still, completely unacceptable! Even if he's a man, good service is paramount. And don't even get me started on breakfast – oh my god, flies everywhere! There was even a huge, green fly stuck to the pudding. It totally put me off my food, I couldn't even finish it
