The location is very strategic. However, I don’t understand how can the room interior work pass the quality check. Uneven LED lights. Dirty AC exhaust. Rough gypsum panel work. Bathroom marble has yellow water marks. Wall paper glue is not sticky completely. The power socket is not at the right position. Drinking water is only 350 ml each.

The hotel room is facing the main road, it’s really noisy at night. Shower no hot water at night, when called, they tried to fixed it but it was not cold again the next day. Hotel is fully renovated so it’s not outdated and it’s clean. I think the best part is this hotel connected to the cafe that sells Black Forest & Beef Pastrami that’s really really nice!

Immaculate hotel with a modern touch. Hospitality and security is top notch. Plenty of eating facilities available onsite and from neighbouring properties. Very central with plenty of malls close by. The main road in front is closed for walking and recreation on Sunday mornings providing a great atmosphere for locals and tourists. Excellent variety of good quality food.

The staffs are nice and friendly, the bed area is pretty nice and clean but the toilets seem outdated, the shower is needed to be cleaned or replaced cus the water flow is kinda small, and the water heater is working but it takes longer times to get hot but eventually it works well.

But, I just noticed that breakfast menu are quite boring (different with other reviewers), for examples, Japanese foods sections are just plain food, there is no salmon, no tuna slices.... For breakfast, my group was assigned a table for 3. However, the utensils were not complete and the waitress seemed reluctant to fulfill so that the three of us moved to a table for 4. I ordered an omelette at the egg station and the attendant said that it would be delivered to my table. I had my breakfast for 40 minutes but that omelette had never come.

Room a bit small but that's ok. One thing that irritated us ( me and my friends, we had 3 rooms x 3 couple) the lack of lighting. Only bedside lamps and 1 above the desk that are not enough to cover the whole room, too dim. Of course there are the entrance way & toilet lights.
