This hotel was a great value for its location. Situated in central Jakarta, it is close to a metro station and within walking distance of Grand Indonesia and Monas, making it an excellent choice. Breakfast was decent, and although there was a small issue during my stay, the staff handled it quickly and arranged a room change. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next visit.

Could be better, we arrived late during checkin and they dont have non smoking room; only to air spray the room but the smoking smell is way too strong. Though the next day, they moved us to non smoking room. Other than that, rest are OK

I stayed 2 night in Fave hotel gatsu jaksel, the location is near to govt building, quite place, the staff fast response and very helpful, i got a chance to check in early on 12 pm, receptionist and all staff friendly and always smile, highly recommended to stay here if u has busniess to be done near govt location area

So disappointed with the breakfast. All the dishes that should be hot are cold. The bain marie are shut down even the electric stove that should be an automatic things are turned off. I have to ask the staff for the hot food. There are no service tong on krupuk side which is can be a cross contamination when people take the things. Cleanliness can be improved. Stains and mould can be clearly seen in bathroom. Towels are with obvious brown stains (yes, we did asked for change, and we did not take photo of it). No bottle of water provided but they do set a drinking machine infront of the lift for guest usage. Ok for a stopover stay.

Cleanliness: The whole place was very clean. Service: The service was excellent, every staff member was attentive and very polite, especially Mila at the front desk who was incredibly kind. This is a very new and clean hotel. I've stayed at many Ashley hotels, and overall, this one is pretty good. The breakfast is decent, and the gym is nice. It's located in the city center, which makes it convenient for getting around. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Most of the guests are Muslims, so non-Muslims may not be able to adapt, so be careful. The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, surrounded by bars and clubs.

The cleanliness of the hotel is terrible, the blankets has stain , aircon not cooling need to fix in the midnight , toilet has cockroach. Only good thing is the near to Halim train station prevent the traffic in morning.

Although is not good experience with the stay at smelly Smoking room(requested for non smoking). Their front office staff was superb helpful, they help me to change to non-smoking room which much better. The only problem with the room was too noisy as it was next to Lift. And the sound can be 24hrs non stop.
