As we arrived we noticed a small window missing and a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The walls inside were damaged and super moldy. The shower wasn’t working at all and there were small insects crawling out of the sink. The toilet flush didn’t work. The guy bringing us to our room was very kind tho. We are really not fussy people and we’ve spent nights in really bad hostels but this room was so bad that we decided to leave the place shortly after we arrived and we decided not to stay there for even one night. But as I said, the guy who brought us to our room and one older guy there were super nice so that was cool. And also the photos shown on google are fake, they are not what the rooms look like.

I ordered a Queen room, the photo had a view, but I was given a room with no view, it was in a stuffy hallway, so I didn't stay overnight, my wife and kids didn't want to

We stayed during the Idul Fitri Holiday. When we arrived, the working lady said the motel was full, the rooms that left had troubled with TV and the AC was broken, so they offered refund and we agreed. But as we showed them the receipt (Rp 1,3mio for 2rooms-2nights), suddenly they changed their mind and said there were some rooms that they can prepare.
Turned out the room they gave was stinks, humid, and dark. The toilet sprayer didn't work. The bed was kinda old. My friend room didn't have AC, they gave a fan instead. No amenities. During the night, the electricity wasn't stable and kept going down. The outdoor chairs were old and broken. Totally different vibes from the pictures you see.
The only good thing was wifi connection.

I was stayed there for a night only. The room is small, air conditioner is broken, room arrangements is bad. There is a warm water in toilet, but the toilet is dirty and smells really bad. The host aere very polite though.
Before I was planning to stay in Adinda villa but the uphill road is quite challenge so I cancelled it.
I would suggest to have a round trip from Jogja and stay in Jogja. Or staying in villa or resort around Parangtritis.

Homey hotel, nice place, nice room, friendly staff & services, near from parangkusumo beach, with low budget.. Very recommended..

You get what you paid. Recommend if you're staying one night and don't have other choices. Other than that all is pretty good. Don't forget to bring your toilet paper.
