With only four rooms it feels like luxury home! We were in "tziporen" room and it was lovely and well equipped! Very nice balcony and the service was very welcoming! Will recommend my friend and come again! Thanks! :)

Our hotel room was really a small old apartment in a building next to a flower shop . Very basic but convenient for our needs of being close by our daughter . Cafes and supermarket within 10 min walk and staff were nice . Little balcony for breakfast that we bought which was pleasant.

Nice and clean. Close to Ziv center and the Technion. Iris is a wonderful person who helps out with everything. I'll definitely recommend staying here.

My friend and I went for dinner. We were staying at another hotel and fancied a change for dinner. The meal, buffet style, was excellent.

My wife and I were looking for a nice little pesach vacation. The drive from Jerusalem was about an hour and a half. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and other attractions nearby. The rooms provide a beautiful view of the beach however it was old and musky but the service was very pleasant. The food was decent and plentiful. All in all it was a good choice.

Plus points: - Best view of the sea from the balcony. - Good room finish, with lots of storage space - nice upholstery - dinner was OK. - free Wi-Fi Minus points: - room is extremely small - the room AC is centralised. Stayed in this hotel in Tel aviv clean room with fridge and comfortable double bed. Air- con, Next to shops and bakery, 10 walk to the beach. I went away for 3 days and was back late I arranged with reception to have room ready which was cleaned and keys were left out for me and my luggage was safe as well. I had no issues would recommend. Friendly staff would stay here again. 👌 🇮🇪

The Idelson Hotel is not far from the beach and the stuff is very kind . The rooms are spacios and have air conditioning. This place is ok for city break in Tel Aviv . My experience in the Hotel is good .

Room is okay, it's clean and the bed is nice. The only thing we don't like is that the batteries of the remote are missing and during that time there's no reception already. They should manage to have a receptionist all the time coz they have guests.Thanks

We thought this was an extremely engaging family owned boutique hotel with rooms of different sizes, little kitchenettes. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The hotel did not provide a meal options.Therefore, I have no rating for that. Our 3rd time staying here. It's not fancy, but it doesn't need to be for a family vacation. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is more than adequate. There's a pleasant lobby area with free beverages 24 hours a day. It's a family run hotel and they are very accommodating.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at the Ultra Hotel. We were met and seen off by a friendly and attentive guy, Barak, at the reception. He responded to all requests and questions. Despite our difficulties with email, he helped us print out the documents we needed. And Bogdan and Alisa make a wonderful omelet and coffee in the restaurant.

We had a great welcome, the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the rooms, the complimentary coffee, and loved the access to the gym. The hotel is well located one street from the beach, just behind the McDonald's and Orchid Hôtel. We recommend this hotel and will be back.

This was one of the most unique places we have ever stayed. The arched stone ceilings and ancient walls are beautifully updated and the room had every comfort expected. We had a great city break at the Assemblage. Room was spacious, comfortable and we loved the retro-industrial design. Rooftop was great and refreshments were generous. The room has a balcony which we didn't get to use because the light railway works make it less appealing.

My favourite place to stay in Tel Aviv The perfect place to stay, it's close by to everything you need. The staff genuinely make you feel welcome and the rooms are spotlessly cleaned. We stayed there during the incidents last Saturday (Oct 7 2023). They were super kind with us, allowing us to stay 2 more nights than originally planned as we were not able to drive to Tel Aviv. Broken metal pole outside the room was hitting the window the entire night with the wind. Far from a quiet night.. hotel practically has no reception or staff, it is all in the near by different hotel.

The hotel has no reception and no breakfast in it, it is all served from the hotel next door. Which is not what we’ve booked. The room has a large metal bar outside the window that has a missing weld (or two) and is vibrating with the wind, causing both bad noise that keeps us up at night as well as a danger of falling off to the street (room 434)

Enjoyable stay, slightly befuddled check-in The check in was a little bumpy - we hadn't gotten the memo that the late check in was via the hotel next door, so there were a few very confused, panicked moments when we showed up and discovered the door was locked and there was nobody at reception. But once we got that sorted the rest of the stay was great!

The accommodation has wooden floors and is decorated in cream and brown tones. It's near a convenience store and has key card access to the building, making it secure. The bathroom experiences a bit of splashing when showering, and there's no heater. Overall, it's good. If you book and pay in cash in advance, there's no deposit required 😊

The food itself was actually very good but the service was not, the waitress was over extended to say the least and the main course arrived before we had finished starters. A very confusing menu didn’t help. The place is also very noisy - great for a tech crowd out for a celebration dinner but if you want to talk to your dining companions, forget it. The true essence of a boutique hotel. It is located in beautifully renovated 1900's house. Everything is decorated tastefully to the smallest detail. The restaurant is exceptional. The location is in a mixed residential and business area, not very practical for the average visitor. As of 2025, the nearby streets are undergoing massive infrastructure works - that's less attractive.
