Loved the hotel - staff were excellent and tvery attentive. Room was very nice and location of the hotel is excellent! Breakfast was very good as was their gym.
Would definitely highly recommend!
Phenomenal hotel. A gorgeous landmark. Absolute perfection. Excellent location. Kind staff. Amazing experience. Beautifully designed. Rooftop restaurant breathtaking.
The hotel is beautiful and very modern. The facilities are not so good, there was noone at the bar, apparently no room service and lacks an outdoor swiming pool.
Best hotel I've ever stayed at, anywhere in the world, and mainly because of the wonderful staff.
Perfect location for visiting the old city
We spent two nights at Mamila Hotel. Location was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. The design with the bathroom was separated from the room by a glass wall was bizarre. Had to use the bathroom at night in darkness so the other guest was not woken up by the lights. The fact the toilet had no door...
I was treated to a lovely birthday treat by the hotel. We ate dinner at Rooftop; the setting was beautiful and the food delicious. I had an early checkout, with no time to have breakfast. The staff provided me with containers to take-out breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Manager was great, people serving in restaurant also great, housekeeping could be much better. Noise from Street quite big in the moorning.
Room is good but small, bathroom needs resealing and minor repairs.
Reception staff helpful very polite& considerate.
Room cleaning staff didnt bother some days!
Room in good condition but the balcony only had room to stand. When there the weather was cool,, and the air conditioning was on, and when requested to turn it off they ccouldn't do it. There was no shampoo or hand soap in the bathroom so had to call for it, but they did bring up some. The staff who signed us in was terrific, the rest discourteous. The breakfast while an additional $18 which i felt...
Food service at the lobby was good.
They charge me twice, At check in and at check out. I hope they will correct their mistake.
The fast train from the airport that stops next to the hotel is probably the best, but also the only reason to stay in this ageing Jerusalem icon.
Good choice, central, the swimming pool should be upgradwd

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially Mary at the front desk in the morning and the guy in the evening (forgot his name, I think his name starts with F). Good buffet breakfast and the people that worked in the restaurant were also friendly. Also Samuel, who runs the gift shop, was great. Location is very convenient for public transportation and right where the Jerusalem Central Railway...
Very welcoming hotel. Reception staff especially welcoming & helpful throughout our stay. Mary was very obliging. It’s at a fabulous location Certainly will book to stay here again
This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful...
The hotel is conveniently located for travel—near the bus and train stations. It's a bit dated and outdated, dating back to the 1950s, and the room isn't fully modernized, with a shortage of electrical outlets. But there's a kettle, clean linens, excellent shower pressure, and toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast is decent.
mary at the front desk will help you with anything and everything. she is soo kind and friendly
Hotel is conveniently located on the main Golders Green thoroughfare with plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A short walk to the tube station, and a short bus ride to the Brent Cross Shopping Centre. The room is well equipped for self-catering with everything you need as well as an iron and ironing board. I loved the shower, there is both a hand-held and a rain shower. The bed was comfortable...

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was amazing! Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
Room was clean, staff was extremely kind and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with so many different tastes.
I didn’t stay at the hotel but I came to the restaurant to have a cool drink. Highly recommend the lemonade with mint (more like a fresh lemon slushie) which felt like a real treat. The food that was being served to the groups coming through looked amazing and I hope to make it back for a meal. A beautiful space with beautiful hosts. Don’t miss it.
It was absolutely great! I would stay here in a heartbeat.
My wife and I spent a little over a week at the Jerusalem Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself is owned and managed by a married couple, who are passionate about Jerusalem, and have imbued their hotel with the city’s rich history (for example, each room is dedicated to an influential woman who helped shape Jerusalem into the city you see today). It is wonderfully put together and...

I was very happy staying at the hotel
Standard of big hotels, large rooms, large swimming pool, very good breakfast…… very reasonable price 👍, I recommend this hotel 😊
Had an amazing stay
Old style rooms but very nice and comfortable very nice lounge
Food pretty simple. Television doesn't work well, the guy at the reception told me that he can do nothing for me and proposed me to pay 250 nis more to have Television.
Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city.
It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel.
Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly.

This is a group of apartments on the entire 21st floor in a residential/commercial bldg. The main lobby has a doorman and on the 21st floor there is a front desk office which is helpful for dropping off luggage etc. staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated communicating via What’s Ap. Great location and price IMO. Free coffee machine also a nice plus. I would stay here again. Thanks
A hidden gem of Jerusalem, the "21st Floor Hotel" is perched on the 21st floor of the oldest skyscraper of the city (City Tower.) It is located in the heart of Jerusalem, a five minute walk to the Mahane Yehudah Shuk (outdoor market.) This luxury hotel has it all. The staff was amazing and responsive 24/7. The 2-story apartments are well-appointed with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty...
View was amazing. The apartment had a cool vibe. The hot water didn’t work for the last 24 hours, they offered to move me. So I can’t complain.
friendly helpful staff. great location. super breakfast options.
This place had lots of potential but falls flat in many ways - badly in need of upkeep - peeling walls, etc. Front desk is not manned even during the hours it's supposed to be open - the description does not clearly spell out that you need to go up a narrow staircase, with no handrails to get to the bedroom and bathroom. We did not receive bottled water, no concierge - basically fend for yourself...
Excellent location and very comfortable. Clean but can be maintained slightly better. Would definitely stay there again

The room is good, the reception is not always manned.
Great staff , great space , and great locals !
I stayed alone and travelled alone and it was great experience for me :)
A great convenient stay in the heart of jerusalem
This property has a perfect location in Jerusalem. It’s walkable to the main sites and very close to the city rail line.
The apartment is really well designed and truly makes the most of its size. We were a family of 5 and felt spacious enough.
The downside of the stay was the communication before our arrival. It was pretty difficult to reach them...
It is a fantastic location. But the hotel isn’t great. Shower leaks everywhere, the fire alarms in the hall beep every 2 minutes and non of the receptionists seemed to care and there is construction or something outside that is very loud early. Fine if you get it at a great price, but know what you are getting
Overall, an exceptional stay. Very friendly staff who let me check-in a tad bit early! Very trendy room. Perfect location for Jaffa street and shopping at the shuk, to the light rail and to the Old City. Moldy shower but exceptionally clean otherwise. I would bring my own hair dryer next time (not an amenity). I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from...

Nice inexpensive hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite outdated and undermaintained. Needs renovation. But was good enough for a good night sleep, and the receptionists were very kind and helpful.
Price exclude vat apparently although i site said include.
House keeping only brings towels or toiletries, no cleaning. No one at the front at check in time, so left my suitcase there and came back later. The elevator did not work one day and we had to take the stairs.. 5 stories. Staff are not very supportive or friendly, very rude d and non apologetic. The stairs were very dirty. Wall paper came off in the elevator. The place is rundown down and tacky...
Mohamed at the reception was very kind, he lended me an iphone charger and helped me out for my tours. Bravo to him 🫶🏽 the housekeeping were very kind and polite. They cleans everyday except on shabath. There is a supermarket very near, money exchange shops, pharmacy, shopping center nearby, walking distance.
Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. The hotel (apartment type) has the same facilities as a hotel, so I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast will be taken at a nearby hotel.
Hillel 11 is perfectly located. I enjoyed my experience of staying 15 min walk from Old City Walls and Mamilla Hotel. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and public transportation, spas and synagogue. Great location in Jerusalem next to central bus station. Check-in was efficient. Room nice. Breakfast pretty standard.
Room was in good condition. Recommend that the no-Jewish guest be informed that there is no service on Shabat. Elevator is too slow.
The room was spotless and newly renovated. The shabbat meal was superb and the dining area was huge. The lighting of the Hanukkah candles was spectacular. The staff was friendly and professional. It seems to be a well run hotel.
The hotel was extremely noisy - all through the day and night. You could hear through the walls.
Clean room, nice view, great area, location is amazing, only complain is breakfast is not included and i paid for it but it wasnt worth it, it did not look appetizing

Very well located opposite the King David Hotel, very close to the Old Town and parking.
Very clean.
Attentive staff.
The front desk staff was outstanding. The gentleman that was at the desk when we picked up our bags to head to the airport was so knowledgeable and proud of the property that I think he should be allowed time to provide tours - they would be excellent!
The staff was great minus their 7am to 10 am breakfast. I cant eat somewhere if I show up and you tell me its going to be another 20 mins before you open. The YMCA gym is a great bonus. Just like a YMCA in US. Just add a smoothie snack bar. The location is great. The gym hours are odd. It would be nice if you could work out before the city got going. 10am to 10pm... granted people in israel work out...
Restaurant has very limited offerings in the evening. Only 2 pasta dishes or a salad.
An exceptionally polite and calm hotel and an oasis of achitecturao beauty and old world charm, suffused with modern touches and full amenity. A real hidden gem.
We stayed as a couple at the YNCA Hotel for a long weekend. While the hotel itself was generally fine, our experience with the breakfast was extremely disappointing.
We had booked and paid for breakfast in advance. Upon check-in, we were told there was a “temporary problem” in the hotel kitchen, and that breakfast would be served at the cafeteria in the adjacent sports complex.

The location is perfect. Close to transportation and near shops/attractions. Hotel itself is tired and a bit rundown. The bedroom floor was covered in footprints and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Location is very good, when the road construction is finished that will be excellent.
Super value. Building needs some renovation but is kept very clean and everything else is super and staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and abundant. Lots of delicious Jewish holiday and Sabbath meals available for purchase at competitive prices and also lots of religious services held in the hotel.
Clean. Good price. Outstanding location. Meals are delicious and plentiful. Helpful staff. Large room. Problem is that room has been renovated in a substandard non workman like manner. I would stay again because I don’t mind the deficiencies and it’s a great value.

Excellent hotel in the center of the city. Great breakfast with a view. Gym & indoor pool all a very reasonable price
Having the wine in our room, a punch check in and not arriving four hours later. Better parking options… Paying 120 shekels a night is ridiculous… And we have very loud partier in our room next door keeping me and my mother up late after calling the front desk four-five times.
Beautiful hotel. Nice lobby. Check in didn’t go well- we came to property at 10:30 am to put our name on a list for early check in and leave our bags. Our stay at this hotel in Israel was absolutely wonderful. Everything about our experience was positive. In my opinion, you should only book this hotel with a city view. That's the whole point. Waking up early in the morning, I'd sit by the window and watch the sunrise over the city. The best view of the old city in Jerusalem. Stunning sunset over the city. Not an easy walk up and down the Mt of Olives to the old city but otherwise an excellent location.
Very good service from staff.

Great location, good service, and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
This hotel has the most amazing view overlooking Jerusalem, but the whole hotel is tired and could do with a refurb. There’s lots of land around the hotel and it would look beautiful if they made a proper garden. Excellent hotel in Jerusalem. So close to the Old City. Fabulous food at the hotel restaurant.
I was very pleased by my most recent stay at this property, reason i say most recent is I ended up rebooking it multiple times on this trip! I extended my reservation 2 times. When I originally arrived I was a little shocked, because I was looking for an upscale Israel vibe, and this hotel has a New York American vibe. It just surprised me. The manager graciously stepped in and made me feel so welcome that I couldn’t turn back. I am very glad I didn’t.

The location of Hotel is very nice. Place is quite and calm. Staff is very nice and helpful. You can visit old city and city center, its on walking distance. Rooms are quite ok, I was not very satisfied with the rooms, One of the god option to stay in Jerusalem.
polite staff, average breakfast, poor rooms, regular price..

The only problem for me was the tight bathroom.

Remarkable friendly staff, Good dining room, Excellent location.
The Basic Room (vs. to the Deluxe Room last time), needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance details in the bathroom (sink and bathtub) and in the room (carpet, walls, furniture, mattress), or even consider a small renovation.
Same comments need to be applied to some public areas (lobi, coridors and the elevators).
