This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for travel—near the bus and train stations. It's a bit dated and outdated, dating back to the 1950s, and the room isn't fully modernized, with a shortage of electrical outlets. But there's a kettle, clean linens, excellent shower pressure, and toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast is decent.

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I came to the restaurant to have a cool drink. Highly recommend the lemonade with mint (more like a fresh lemon slushie) which felt like a real treat. This is a group of apartments on the entire 21st floor in a residential/commercial bldg. The main lobby has a doorman and on the 21st floor there is a front desk office which is helpful for dropping off luggage etc. staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated communicating via What’s Ap. It is a fantastic location. But the hotel isn’t great. Shower leaks everywhere, the fire alarms in the hall beep every 2 minutes and non of the receptionists seemed to care and there is construction or something outside that is very loud early. Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. This is not a a hotel for a regular vacation. It's on the premises of Hadassah Ein Karem hospital. If you are visiting a patient and need a place to stay nearby then it's a great solution. The baby hotel for new mothers is amazing, with nursing care on-site. It's a good middle ground between being on the maternity ward and heading home.

I love this hotel because it's very quiet & the clerk is very friendly. EXCELLENT shower & air conditioner. I took a small room but i really like it. The only con is there's no refrigerator or safe. It's a simple hotel, with a good price for its location. The employees are always nice and can speak in a very good english. The only problem for me was the tight bathroom.

We stayed April 2016 9 days it was a great convenience and off the the Main Street. Was quite and peaceful. The staff were great. The front desk clerks were incredibly knowledgeable with detail about where and how to go anywhere in Israel. The only thing is missing is an elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

The Basic Room (vs. to the Deluxe Room last time), needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance details in the bathroom (sink and bathtub) and in the room (carpet, walls, furniture, mattress), or even consider a small renovation. Same comments need to be applied to some public areas (lobi, coridors and the elevators).

Our 40-day stay in Jerusalem was exceptionally calm and comfortable. The hotel consistently delivered excellent service throughout our visit.
