Mount Of Olives Hotel, Jerusalem1 / 13
6.9
Jerusalem District, Jerusalem, 97 Rabaa el Adawieh 🧭 Map
Very bare bones. No chairs, no towels, no towel FIXTURES, no kettle (though it WAS delivered upon request). Hotel is clean, though permeated by the smell of cigarettes. Furniture is of surprisingly good quality, better than average. The parking situation is abysmal. Breakfast ends at 9 am sharp, and the staff did not see fit to warn us beforehand. So that’s unfortunate. Wouldn’t be as bad if there...
Perfect location. Hot water, TV, Friendliness of staff
They kindly changed us to a room with a better view (Temple Mount). They also called a taxi for us to join an early morning tour, at a very reasonable price. We declined breakfast because we were joining an early morning tour, but they gave us a boxed breakfast to take home. You can't find a more accommodating hotel!! You can see the Temple Mount from the window. The atmosphere of the Church of the...
Good for pulgrims Personnel was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. Always ready to help.
Good, updated room with an excellent bed and excellent bathroom. Food was very good, although there was no variety day to day. Keep in mind, that if you are shopping in gift shops, most places list prices in US dollars or sometimes Euros. Thus, if you exchange money at the airport into the New Israeli Shekels. and pay with shekels, you will lose money on the conversion rate.
We stayed here as part of a tour group, so we had many meals here. The food was good, but day to day there was not much variety. Our room was excellent - air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was remodeled, lots of storage space, mattress on the bed was nice and firm (not like the soft, unsupportive mattresses in the US hotels). At night, the neighborhood appears to be rough. It was recommended...

Great location. Staff was a amzing. Huge breakfast. Views from bakcony were super.
Clean room. Very nice staff. Quiet hotel. Exactly what we were looking for. Fair price too.
Excellent. Yael in customer services particularly helpful , professional, and kind.
Due to the situation we could not check in in this hotel. Therefore they made a reservation for us in the Leonard Plaza hotel. Same price same service. Perfect!!
Very nice hotel, good location and good service
It doesn't have a pool, the double bed they gave us was a bed that was pushed together, uncomfortable!

Jerusalem District, Jerusalem, Kfar Baram 26 🧭 Map
This hotel is the heart of any stay in Jerusalem. Spacious, modern accommodations, perfect location, excellent for Sabbath observers, and the warmest staff and history. Enjoy every minute!
The owners are so accommodating and helpful! Lovely space and have stayed there twice now this year. Location is convenient to the shuk and places to eat. There is a large park also within walking distance and taxis are easy to get to from the hotel. The local cats are a cute plus!!
If you want to feel the local vibe of Jerusalem’s soul, this is the hotel for you! Shoutout to Mimi and her husband for being such amazing hosts!
Great location, warm family-run hotel We had a wonderful stay at the Biazi hotel. It is excellently located close to Machane Yehuda market, and we walked everywhere. This is a family-run hotel and the family are so welcoming and the hotel is filled with artefacts throughout the family history which is so special. Would definitely recommend.
Awesome location, room and service!
A true gem. Intimate, family-operated hotel with impeccably clean, spacious rooms. Great neighborhood. A true gem.

This gem accommodation is the perfect place for a stay in the city. It is well located, in walking distance from restaurants and the Old City. While the breakfast is not the huge Israeli breakfast offered in big hotels, it is more than adequate. Be sure to leave some time to enjoy the beautiful inside garden.
A beautiful hotel in a very good location, walking distance from both the old city ("The new gate" / Jaffa gate) and Mahane Yehuda market. The staff was unbelievably friednly. One employee even went on to buy something thay we were missing. A quite and beautiful place.
Nice cosy hotel, wonderful garden to hang out, great service, however breakfast was a mess. Not enough food, very slow to fill the buffet
We visited the restaurant only. the food is wonderful, they offer authentic Russian food and also international dishes. The compound has a beautiful garden and its a very enjoyable experience overall.
A very nice hotel. I stayed there for one night and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend while staying in the Jerusalem area. The area looks to be a very Posh area, and therefore very safe. It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Jerusalem wall which makes it very convenient when traveling and doing tourism in the old town Jerusalem. I would highly recommend this location...
Absolutely amazing hotel. Love the room, love stuff, love breakfast. Beautiful garden

This is a group of apartments on the entire 21st floor in a residential/commercial bldg. The main lobby has a doorman and on the 21st floor there is a front desk office which is helpful for dropping off luggage etc. staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated communicating via What’s Ap. Great location and price IMO. Free coffee machine also a nice plus. I would stay here again. Thanks
A hidden gem of Jerusalem, the "21st Floor Hotel" is perched on the 21st floor of the oldest skyscraper of the city (City Tower.) It is located in the heart of Jerusalem, a five minute walk to the Mahane Yehudah Shuk (outdoor market.) This luxury hotel has it all. The staff was amazing and responsive 24/7. The 2-story apartments are well-appointed with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty...
View was amazing. The apartment had a cool vibe. The hot water didn’t work for the last 24 hours, they offered to move me. So I can’t complain.
friendly helpful staff. great location. super breakfast options.
This place had lots of potential but falls flat in many ways - badly in need of upkeep - peeling walls, etc. Front desk is not manned even during the hours it's supposed to be open - the description does not clearly spell out that you need to go up a narrow staircase, with no handrails to get to the bedroom and bathroom. We did not receive bottled water, no concierge - basically fend for yourself...
Excellent location and very comfortable. Clean but can be maintained slightly better. Would definitely stay there again

Excellent hotel in Jerusalem. So close to the Old City. Fabulous food at the hotel restaurant.
I was very pleased by my most recent stay at this property, reason i say most recent is I ended up rebooking it multiple times on this trip! I extended my reservation 2 times. It was pretty hard for me to leave. I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the rooms. They aren’t so large but for my solo trip they were more than enough space. The area can not be more perfect, very centrally located...
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, made even better by the outstanding service from Anton, the hotel manager, and Luis, who was equally warm and welcoming. Both of them went above and beyond to make every guest feel cared for. Anton was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that everything was perfect. His genuine dedication to guest satisfaction created such a positive atmosphere...
When I originally arrived I was a little shocked, because I was looking for an upscale Israel vibe, and this hotel has a New York American vibe. It just surprised me. The manager graciously stepped in and made me feel so welcome that I couldn’t turn back. I am very glad I didn’t. The stay was lovely and the rooms are small but the ceilings and windows looking out are incredible. You have to pause...
We had a great time at the Brown JLM hotel. Great location. We did not move the car the entire weekend and went everywhere by foot. Nice cosy room for two. Great bed. Great shower. Really nice and helpful personnel. The breakfast was fabulous.
Wooow!! This is world class quality. They know how to deliver a unique experience in details. Do not miss the breakfast, enjoy you time in the room, and surely you are very close to the main attractions in the town

Value for money. Convenient location. Close to public transport, food and supermarkets. Easy walk to the Old City. Free coffee and tea. Free hot water. Kitchen for hotel guests. Nice dining place.
overall was what i expected for the price. Nice surprise was a common kitchen. The Bad: no tv or room fridge as advertised. It is up to other guest to let new arrivals in so prepare to wait outside for someone who happens to be leaving or coming. Pointing this out to the staff was met with shrugs. They didnt care.
Very good location. lots of shops close, including 24/6 (closed on Shabath) supermarket, all sorts of restaurants, old city within reasonable walking distance.
It is relatively shabby and battered. Still good price for excellent location. Linen was clean, AC works, there is hot water in the bathroom. Definitely no luxuries, but nobody expects it for such a price. Thanks to hotel.
Old building in the heart of the downtown action. Location is great for tourists.
A simple hotel in a great location. The decor is a bit dated, but everything is quite clean. The shower lacks a shelf for toiletries, but considering the low price and location, these are minor issues. P.S. Well, except for one thing – I arrived just before Shabbat, and there was no toilet paper in the room, nor was there a receptionist at the desk. I got around the situation – fortunately, I had a...

4 Days and 3 Nights here and the accommodations were beyond my expectations. The service was impeccable and everyone was so polite and helpful. As for the dining…the food was sensational! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone choosing to stay in...
Was there with a Educational Oppertunities Tour, a phenominal experience. room was cozy. Location was on point close to all markets and sites. The food was top notch. Who knew kosher wasnt bland? :) hope to visit again. Oh, need to add, if you go in the winter, expect the heat to be on, even in the high 60s
Climate control in the room is limited to either cool or heat. We were on the 7 th floor and sweat all night. Rooms are small and old and in need of refreshment. Positive is the soaking tub. Great location.
So far, an excellent stay. No complaints at all.
The room was clean and pretty, the bed was very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly. We had a wonderful stay here with very fond memories made back in September 2023 and would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our three nights here; the hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the old city. I think we were in one of the rooms that is awaiting renovation — I have no complaints about it, but it did seem in need of updating. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and does a good job of offering the services you expect in this type of hotel.

Great hotel Very clean welcoming and with excellent hospitality Thank you to Victoria Hotel for making my stay as a tourist so enjoyable, Great location and walking distance from the Dome Of the Rock and close.
I spent a few nights at Victoria Hotel because of its convenient location and good price. It was very easy to walk to the Old City or up the Mount of Olives everyday. My room was quiet and clean, and the included breakfast was delicious — they have a lot of variety and I looked forward to it every morning. Some parts of the hotel seem older than others; my bathroom was not in great shape, but it was...
The reason for my statement is soon explained. This is a hotel in the Arab part of Jerusalem, of a good standard, well maintained. My room and bathroom were impeccable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff are polite and helpful. Finally, the hotel is within walking distance of Herod's Gate, therefore of the walled city of Jerusalem. The choice by our tour operator has therefore proved...
I likek the special attention I received from the personnel, they are very friendly, and i would personally would like to tank Anita, she went way beyond her duties and helped me to book a last minute trip to Petra, Jordan. High five Anita i really appreciate your assistance

We stayed there 2 nights while touring the Old City of Jerusalem. It was so close to Herod’s Gate(a few blocks) we did not need any transportation. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were air conditioned with windows. Our...

I love this hotel because it's very quiet & the clerk is very friendly. EXCELLENT shower & air conditioner. I took a small room but i really like it. The only con is there's no refrigerator or safe. I'd really recommend coming here 4 someone who's looking 4 an affordable hotel & likes a quiet place.
The location of Hotel is very nice. Place is quite and calm. Staff is very nice and helpful. You can visit old city and city center, its on walking distance. Rooms are quite ok, I was not very satisfied with the rooms, One of the god option to stay in Jerusalem.
polite staff, average breakfast, poor rooms, regular price..
Very nice and humble place, the crew was great and caring but not professional. Beds we're not comfortable at all.
It's a simple hotel, with a good price for its location. The employees are always nice and can speak in a very good english. The only problem for me was the tight bathroom.
We stayed April 2016 9 days it was a great convenience and off the the Main Street. Was quite and peaceful. The staff were great. The front desk clerks were incredibly knowledgeable with detail about where and how to go anywhere in Israel. The only thing is missing is an elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

I was so fortunate to find this little gem. My son and I stayed for 20 nights in the family 2 bedroom apartment #5. It is not fancy or upscale, but it was clean, roomy, and quiet with a large private balcony. Nitzan was always available for whatever I needed, including a great cappuccino! This apartment/hotel is family owned and staffed. The location is central to the shuk, the light rail and busses...
Everything great, room, location, staff.
The hotel is located near the train station (3 tram stops), right next to the stop. The hotel is very beautiful, decorated with retro cars (photos, models), impressive, and the staff is helpful. It was very comfortable. I recommend it.
Friendly staff, but problem with hot water.
The apartment was large and cozy. The bedding was clean but the apartment itself wasn't very clean and we cleaned a little more at arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful and flexible with our departure time. The location was perfect next to the Machane Yehuda market and a walking distance to the Western Wall. I'll totally go back. Thanks!
Was a very pleasant stay. Extremely clean when I arrived and cleaning available during my stay if i wanted. Close to everything. Perfect location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great shower. Great overall value.

Courteous and kind staff. Place was simple and clean. Perfect location and great price.
Great location, nice personell, but did not look clean
Incredible location and very friendly staff.
Family owned and ran. Great people who take pride in their establishment. Dublin Bar is 50 meters away and has a great group of people.
You stay what you pay for, this is not hotel but hostel, broken down need upgrade, the location is very strategic though
First of all, it's not actually a hotel, but a single floor in a building with a few rooms. The cleanliness is not great- the bed sheets had stains, the shower was not properly maintained- sealing rubber was loose, the sink tap was leaking, there was a crack in sink, the decorative tin tables had stains and looked very old. The noise from outside can be heard very clearly so that might be an issue...

Amazing location in the heart of Jerusalem. Walking distance from the old city and the wall, next to Mamila. Views from room and patio are breath taking
What a wonderful wedding! We attend a most beautiful Simcha at this extraordinary location - the view of the hall overlooking the Old City of Jerusalem was just beautiful! It made the wedding ceremony so much moire meaningful!
We were a group of fifteen staying Friday to Saturday. All the group were in rooms around a central area with comfortable seating and provisions for tea and coffee that was reserved for our use. The rooms are large and comfortable. They may not be so new, but they were clearly built to last and are well maintained. Friday night dinner was very good. Breakfast was a bit minimal, but nobody went hungry
This is a review for their catering service at the 4th floor. They are professionals, they have one of the nicest places in Jerusalem, and the staff is helpful and friendly (thank you Tami :) It is little pricy. But you get what you are paying for. Delicious food. Huge balcony with amazing view of the walls of the old city. Recommendation: try to start the venue before the sunset. The view is gorgeous...
The complex includes a community space with an unobstructed view of the Jerusalem Old City walls and Jaffa Gate, classrooms, lecture halls and a theatre. We were at the theatre last night for a touring performance of Soul Doctor, a Broadway show. The theatre is small, comfortable and adequate for most shows. The performance was great and drew a standing ovation.
Great theater. The encore theater company often puts on shows in English here, check them out. Street parking is an issue here, there is a paid parking lot nearby that isn't outrageous prices (where the dirt lot use to be for those that still remember it.)

Old style hotel, food was not that great but location was good.
Basic amenities, comfortable, clean except for bedsheets, pillows need to replace. While service is good, restaurant needs more varieties. Location ideal for walk to various attractions including spiritual immersion in the holy places.
Great hotel with a pool for the kids. The staff are amazing! I will definitely stay here again.
The hotel location was not great for walking and local taxi fares were quite expensive. The rooms and facilities were very average. The buffet breakfast and dinner were not very appetising. There was a nice view from the pool area on 5th floor. The saving grace for this hotel was their staff who are well trained and very obliging.
Great hotel with friendly service. Ramzy the hotel general manager was attentive and polite to guests. Only 15 minute walk to Holy sepulchre church through Damascus gate. Breakfast and dinner had very good selection of tasty food. Rooms comfortable and clean. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Thank you!
