Our 40-day stay in Jerusalem was exceptionally calm and comfortable. The hotel consistently delivered excellent service throughout our visit. In particular, we would like to commend Randa Toubassy at the reception desk—she was always welcoming, professional, and helpful, greeting us with a warm smile and ensuring our needs were met promptly.

Nice hotel- Nice views and nice people. You can take a local bus home for 5 nl- all busses going from the local bus station is stopping here. The breakfast was not amazing- but okay. Very friendly place-

Staff members were very helpful and nice. hotel is very clean, well kept and pretty, highly recommended. Breakfast is diverse, fresh and tasty. One of the best hotels in jerusalem.

Spending 20 days at the Ambassador Hotel in Jerusalem felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being gently folded into the rhythm of a city that whispers stories through stone. From the very first day, I was welcomed not just as a guest, but with a warmth and attentiveness that stayed constant throughout my entire stay. The staff are truly courteous, always smiling, always ready to help. But there is one person who elevates the meaning of hospitality to an entirely new level: Raed. Raed is not just a member of the staff – he is the heartbeat of the hotel. Calm, resourceful, and genuinely kind, he solves problems as if by magic. Whether it was a technical issue, a sudden request, or simply a need for reassurance, Raed was always there – present, attentive, and ready with a solution that often arrived before I even finished explaining the problem. A true professional, and without a doubt, the person who made my experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is calm and elegant, with views that stretch beyond rooftops into history. Waking up each morning felt like opening the window to centuries of stories. It’s a rare feeling – to be so close to the heart of Jerusalem and yet wrapped in quiet, timeless comfort. This was my third time staying here and I keep coming back because if the amazing service, great food, perfect location, and staff that are incredibly friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Jerusalem!

The staff was friendly and hospitable. Location was in a quiet area of town with a quick 30 min walk to the old city or 10 min cab ride. The patio had a stunning view of Jerusalem. Loved the fennel salads and soups!!!
