Victoria Hotel in Jerusalem

Great hotel Very clean welcoming and with excellent hospitality Thank you to Victoria Hotel for making my stay as a tourist so enjoyable, Great location and walking distance from the Dome Of the Rock and close.

Great location to Old City. Can easily walk to Old City. Service is exceptional and staff welcoming. The free breakfast is gourmet spread of many delicious local foods. The rooms clean and comfortable. This is a good value hotel as the price is affordable and the service is great.

I spent a few nights at Victoria Hotel because of its convenient location and good price. It was very easy to walk to the Old City or up the Mount of Olives everyday. My room was quiet and clean, and the included breakfast was delicious — they have a lot of variety and I looked forward to it every morning. Some parts of the hotel seem older than others; my bathroom was not in great shape, but it was cleaned daily and it sounds like they have plans to renovate the older rooms. All of the employees that I met, from the cooks to the receptionists, were very friendly and helpful.

The reason for my statement is soon explained. This is a hotel in the Arab part of Jerusalem, of a good standard, well maintained. My room and bathroom were impeccable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff are polite and helpful. Finally, the hotel is within walking distance of Herod's Gate, therefore of the walled city of Jerusalem. The choice by our tour operator has therefore proved wise, and I recommend this solution also to independent travelers.

I likek the special attention I received from the personnel, they are very friendly, and i would personally would like to tank Anita, she went way beyond her duties and helped me to book a last minute trip to Petra, Jordan. High five Anita i really appreciate your assistance

We stayed there 2 nights while touring the Old City of Jerusalem. It was so close to Herod’s Gate(a few blocks) we did not need any transportation. They serve a nice breakfast spread that included countless varieties of authentic Palestinian delicacies. It is an all u can eat free Buffett included in the price of your room. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were air conditioned with windows. Our room even had a nice patio overlooking city. The hotel was a little old but clean and neat and well kept. I would definitely return to the hotel on my next visit to Jerusalem. While it is a very nice 3 star, it only cost a fraction of a 5 star. And we were out most of the day touring. So it made so much sense for my family. I would also strongly recommend it to others!

It is very close to the old city and the new city, and it is convenient to take a car.
Although the appearance of the hotel is not very eye-catching, the room is clean and has no peculiar smell, the bath water is sufficient, the room is cool and ventilated (the room is very cool in June, I have never turned on the air conditioner), although the breakfast cannot be compared with that of a big hotel, it is pretty good👍, the restaurant The waiter is so nice 👍

Anita at the reception is a star and the rest of the staff in the kitchen and the cleaning team leader is very friendly and professional. The rooms are basic but well maintained. The place is clean and smells great. The breakfast has a large variety and is generous and served by friendly great staff!

The location is excellent for the Old City close to Damascus gate and other bus depots that take you out of town. We were able to walk easily from the bus terminal yo the hotel. The Western Wall is close by. We enjoyed our stay at Victoria Hotel and the service was excellent. Anita again is the life blood of corporate representation with a very pleasant and professional attitude. She made our stay very pleasant and we felt well taken care of there. I would stay there again just so I can feel safe and welcome. The rates are the best. Old Citt is not easily navigable be prepared to walk or use taxis like we did. But, hey, there’s no better place I would rather stay!! Thank you, Anita and the crew at Victoria Hotel. This review is long in coming but also worth waiting for.
