Lovely warm room in winter, excellent housekeeping, very happy customer. Remember hilton and marriott don't have eucharist at 8am!!
Great room and a very reasonable rate. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
We had an excellent stay. We got a big, spacious room with attached bathroom. The linens were snow white, the room was spotless. The decoration and furniture were a bit basic, but fully functional. The breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and attentive. There is a small parking lot, if you’re lucky, you will be able to park there. The Damascus gate is about 10 min. walk from the hotel and the...
We had a wonderful stay in a magical garden with a fountain and in a nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very generous Thank Fuad at the reception who was so kind and helpful!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a really nice, clean place to stay. It feels like you are staying in a castle. The staff are great and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again for sure.
Breakfast was good. Slightly different hot foods every day. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pillows were a little too soft and needed to use 2. 10 minute walk to Nablus/Damascus Gate.

My family and I have been enjoying our stay at the hotel for nearly a week. We particularly appreciate the hotel's fantastic location, which offers convenient access to all the major tourist attractions in Jerusalem. In addition, we have found the hotel manager to be exceptional, creating a very welcoming and home-like atmosphere. We would certainly recommend your hotel to others.
Great boutique hotel. Centrally located. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Clean and comfortable.free parking at the hotel make your life easier. We will recommend to our friends and family and will be happy to return again
Excellent hotel, highly recommend. We were a big family and everyone enjoyed it. Excellent food, large and clean rooms and service above all. We really enjoyed the location, large lobby parking, and waiters willing to help.we hope to come bac soon
I had the pleasure of staying at Dan Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem for a week, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring I felt at home throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly stood out and made a lasting impression. My room was cleaned daily and was always spotless, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast was absolutely...
A small, quiet hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly, and the hotel wasn’t crowded when we visited. Thanks to the (free) loyalty program, we received a complimentary upgrade and a welcome gift of chocolate and cozy socks! Rooms Our room wasn’t very large, but it was perfect for us. The bathroom (shower only, no bathtub) was spacious and clean. The room included a small fridge, a safe,...
We stayed here for our wedding week and had an amazing time in the top suite. The view is amazing, the food was great, the staff were lovely and the room was super comfy! The location is fantastic for getting around anywhere, super close to emek refaim and the old train station, which make touring and eating super accessible

Jerusalem, 13 Dorot Rishonim (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We have stayed at many hotels in Israel....from moderate cost to expensive but in our humble opinion, The Arthur is the best! The location, the staff, the breakfast and the Happy Hour, included with your room. There is nothing better then at the end of a busy day, sitting down for a glass of wine, a hot soup and some nibbles. Hotels like the Arthur have had and continue to have a real challenge...
The Arthur is in the center of the Ben Yehuda area allowing walkable access to great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are small but extremely comfortable and the hotel offers a fabulous breakfast. This hotel has an absolutely outstanding staff who go above and beyond to help with everything
Great location- very cool atmosphere in the street, yet quiet. Great stuff, beautiful hotel, nice breakfast ...........
Very good breakfast, staff very friendly
The location couldn't be better! Rooms are on the small side which is expected for the city center but they are functional and squeaky clean. The young staff is accommodating, professional, and eager to please. Happy hour between 5-7 with nibbles and drinks was an unexpected treat. If you come by car, they offer reduced fee parking in a lot very close by.
The best location, nice staff. Little bit shabby and needs little carpets next to the beds and in the bathroom. Very much appreciate their booking parking for us.

The hotel staff did their outmost to make our stay perfect. We had great rooms. The happy hour every afternoon is very special. We had help with dinner reservations. We had a great time. Also the hotel location is great. Most places in city center are within walking distance.
Beautiful boutique hotel, very warm welcoming staff, particularly Razan. Nicely designed comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and relaxing rooftop balcony and street level patio. Highest recommendation.
The hotel is beautiful, modern and spotless with original decor in both the room and common areas. The garden is a tranquil space that you don’t want to leave. Saturday brunch was incredible, both visually and gastronomically. Staff courteous and helpful. The only drawback is the size of the room and the bathroom. It’s adequate for a solo traveler, but tight for a couple
Perfect stay for those who want to experience the culinary experience of the Mahane Yehuda market, the Zion Square bar scene, Jaffa Street, all the bars and shops within 5 minutes Walking distance A small hotel with exceptionally kind service Extraordinarily clean Delicious food Excellent breakfast Happy hour wine and amazing food included in the price Rooftop with a fun view Great hotel Worth it,...
The hotel is wonderfully located within walking distance of The Old City, Machane Yeuda, restaurants, shopping, the light rail and more! The accommodations lovely and clean, a very comfy bed, delicious breakfast and beautiful patio and rooftop. Highly recommend ❤️
Tiny room with enormous balcony. The balcony made the stay extraordinary with the lights of the city, lounge chairs and seating area for a cup of loose leaf tea with a lovely house blend brewed in a glass pot. View of the Knesset lite at night.

Fantastic experience! I stayed at Kook because it was recommended to me by the excellent staff at Stay Inn. I'm so glad I followed their recommendations as there was construction on King George St that would have been challenging to ignore. I can't say enough about Renee and Noa, the sweet and kind employees who made my arrival, stay, and departure easy and care-free. They were so attentive to my...
Everything is on a level, the only thing I did not like is that the room does not have a table or bedside table where you can put your phone or other necessary things, also the bath towels did not have a particularly pleasant smell. Overall, the hotel is in a very good location and the staff service is very good, the bathroom and toilet are also very good. compared to other hotels the price is very...
This hotel is a good location very close to several areas of shopping and food. I had no problem getting anything I needed. Fadi was extremely helpful and did everything possible to help. Seems like the rooms are a little different. Some pictures are different from others and some have a desk while others are missing a chair. He helped me buy providing a chair for his office which was very nice. ...
Our room here was a lovely haven from all the hustle and bustle of the city and our days of exploring. Centrally located, just off Jaffa Street where the main tram lines run and at max 15 min walk from The Old City. Our room was clean , quiet , kept stocked up with towels , water etc … we had a ground floor room with a balcony . Great air con and huge double bed. The manager was super friendly and...

Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. Spotless clean and comfortable my stay was perfect
Great place! A small hotel but in a good way! The room we were in was big! Big bed, tall ceiling, great shower, the heat works great. Overall a very good experience! The location is also amazing! Directly on the light train and very close to Mahneyuda.
This is was the most perfect place for our stay in Jerusalem! The rooms are all newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The location is superb, in the center of town, without feeling the noise and hustle of downtown jerusalem. Gabriel, the hotel manager helped us with everything we needed and much more! He owns a grocery shop next to the hotel, which makes it very convinient to pick up a snack when...
It was a very good experience. Comfortable room. Super location for sightseening and restaurants. Friendly staff.
Out of the 14 days I was in Israel I stayed here four nights. I had my choice of many places but after the first night I knew that Central boutique was the place for me. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are fantastic. Everything is new. You have to reserve quickly as there are only five rooms at this location. The location is halfway between The light rail station and the historic...
Convenient location, within easy reach from the old city. Do not expect a proper hotel with lobby and reception. In fact You will be greeted at the nearby store round the corner by who is in charge. Careful and attentive personnel. Clean, hospitable rooms. Quietness not at its best.

The staff was nice as i called to ask if the hostle is availble. I allso been told that the ownership has changed and they try to work things out on a good way. The hostle designd nicely with a small and a little bit broken kitchen . The room was small clean, accept the bathroom , and i was cold at night despite the AC and the blanket. A big minus is that you hear the music from the bar behind the...
I was debating to stay here when I saw the reviews - BUT decided to give it a second chance because I stayed here in the past & loooved it So happy I did ! Very kind staff, pancakes in the morning, gives the fun young hostel vibes that I missed so much, good price, good location & movie night everyday This hostel is owned by awesome people with good hearts & I highly recommend giving them a chance...
Great place! Rooms are nice and clean and the communal space is well equipped and inviting. I was worried at first because if previous reviews but seems like the place drastically improved and manage to improve significantly.
Came back and stayed 2 more nights because the people are great, friendly and the place is safe and lockable pods. WiFi was great too.
The place has excellent location. It used to be nice designed. Now it is dirty, smelly. Out of five showers just two somehow working, but is too much expect soup there. Toilets' are dirty and no paper there. The price included breakfast - it wasn't served and no re-found. I had an expectation that the smoking areas will be isolated for the smokers but smoked were everywhere. Capsula it self was OK...

It is is a great location. The staff are great. The room a bit small but ok. They could use a better sign out side. Very safe, even at night outside, safe to go out.
An amazing place! Clean, quite and the personal who attended the place were so kind and helpful. I will come again 😁
When I first arrived, I intended to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, I completely changed my mind due to the behavior of one specific member of your breakfast service staff — a young, tall, slim man. I honestly do not remember ever being treated in such a rude and disrespectful manner in a hotel. His behavior was not just unfriendly; it was openly hostile and completely inappropriate for someone...
Very clean. I love the curtain in front of your bunk bed for a little bit of extra privacy. And the rooftop terrace was absolutely incredible!
Excellent service; the facilities are very comfortable and the food is good. I only have one suggestion: the breakfast could be more varied, as eating the same thing for several days becomes boring.
Wow for the price- clean room, warm breakfast, daily cleaning, central location, tv, not dodgy at all. Marvelous to be honest. Shakushuka single egg is just enough. Perfectly baked with runny yolk (the sauce is on the very salty side.) Lovely fresh tomatoes etc and labneh, hummus, cottage. And the pigeon murals, aren’t they adorable? 🐦 The sign was too small so I missed it for the first time, climbed...

Great price and outstanding location. All one might ask from a backpacker hostel. The dormitory's facilities are makeshift and rather shabby but in fine working condition; plenty of hot water, good water pressure and very clean. Will come back
To be very honest quite rubbish place, dirty and very old. However it is one of the cheapest, located in a heart of the old city and has cool roof top.
It's rather modest and bathrooms are old but location is very good and the view from the roof amazing.

The location is great, but the overall stay was just okay. The rooms and common areas could have been cleaner, and the walls are very thin, so it was quite noisy and hard to sleep. The staff was not very attentive. It’s fine for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
I stayed here with a tour group called MYC and had one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The sheets were well put onto the beds and we received new towels every day to keep us hygienic and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the dining hall, some of them rivaling the cuisine of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The hallways were also very quiet at night allowing for optimal quality...
I’ve recently stayed at this hotel on my MYC Israel discovery trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Best Location. Amazing food. Comfortable beds. There’s even some nice balconies and great areas to chill. Highly recommended.
I am a member of the MYC tour from America — we stayed here for 4 nights, and the experience was magnificent. The location was incredible, as it was a walking distance from the Kotel. The staff was very kind, the food was great, and the premises was secure. I enjoyed my stay here, and I highly recommend ANA Agron to anyone who visits Jerusalem.
