Where to stay in Jerusalem

Manager was great, people serving in restaurant also great, housekeeping could be much better. Noise from Street quite big in the moorning.

Room is good but small,bathroom needs resealing and minor repairs. Reception staff helpful very polite& considerate. Room cleaning staff didnt bother some days!

Room in good condition but the balcony only had room to stand. When there the weather was cool,, and the air conditioning was on, and when requested to turn it off they ccouldn't do it. This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for travel—near the bus and train stations. It's a bit dated and outdated, dating back to the 1950s, and the room isn't fully modernized, with a shortage of electrical outlets. The hotel was under renovation. It was not comfortable and the rooms were not totally ready and even the connecting door was not locked. He balconies of the rooms are connected and it is not safe. Although Nadine was very helpful and supportive.

In the 3 days I stayed there I had to change room twice -- 1st being the room was too hot as there were large windows and central heating was in place as it was still winter, 2nd being there were cigarette smoke smells coming through the air vent due to smoking other rooms. Mohamed at the reception was very kind, he lended me an iphone charger and helped me out for my tours. Bravo to him 🫶🏽 the housekeeping were very kind and polite. Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. The Basic Room (vs. to the Deluxe Room last time), needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance details in the bathroom (sink and bathtub) and in the room (carpet, walls, furniture, mattress), or even consider a small renovation. Same comments need to be applied to some public areas (lobi, coridors and the elevators).

Our 40-day stay in Jerusalem was exceptionally calm and comfortable. The hotel consistently delivered excellent service throughout our visit. We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous. The rooftop observation deck offers an amazing 360° view. There are 2 rooftop restaurants that look great (we didn't have time to make reservations). A recommended point of interest, even if you are not staying.

From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle, I knew I made the right choice! The entry is gorgeous, proximity to Christian Quarter gates, shopping and everything a tourist would want, is conveniently located nearby.

Was here for lunch with my tour group, service was friendly and the food was delicious, although no gluten free dessert option. I chose to get a coffee at the bar, which was excellent 👌🏻. I also shopped at the gift shop, which had some lovely and unique items, and very good service from staff. The interior was very nice. I am keen to go back to stay next time I am in Jerusalem.

Room could have been a lot cleaner. It was smelly and had a dusty odour. The bathroom drain was full of hair and the fake flowers were full of dust and we had to rest them outside on the verandah that had no table or chairs so impossible to enjoy unless standing.

Excellent hotel! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with many options for a romantic dinner, wine bars and more. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and some rooms have balconies. The best value for money in the city, and they even serve a basic breakfast of coffee and pastries. Would come here again for sure.
