We spent a week in a superior room here end of September. The hotel garden is wonderful, very well kept, clean. The room was spacious, bathroom great, everything clean. Enough place to store clothes. Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings. Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!

Three of us stayed in April 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. Very beautiful village directly on the sea, full of vegetation, lawns and well-kept plants. The location of the hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are nice, only the restaurant has a smaller selection of food. My husband doesn’t eat fish or seafood, so he had trouble choosing. The resort is extremely well maintained and clean. Hotel excellent but restaurant lets the hotel down. The restaurant is disappointing with a poorly thought out boring menu and is disorganised. The hotel is beautiful, nice, clean, with a beautiful area. The staff is helpful and friendly. Their bus service is great! If you want to go to the beach, just write it down and they will bring you there, as well as to the train station! The moment you walk into the reception area you have to check you are in the correct place… it’s a hidden gem the up to date decor and more importantly the friendly staff make you feel totally relaxed. The beaches are 2.5-3k’s away and Tropea is a quick 20 min drive down the road.. the staff are quick with smile and are always ready to have chat.. they are part of one big family which is refreshing...

A nice hotel with spartanly furnished rooms. It's far from everything and difficult to reach by any means of transport. Not recommended for those with limited mobility. I was really impressed with the chalet I had. Two bedrooms and a kitchen area. I could have used more seating in the kitchen living area. Service was excellent, efficient and friendly. The location was a bit too isolated for a single holidaymaker who could not drive but this was advertised in the TUI brochure. I had a lovely time.

Location is breath taking with epic sunsets, there is staff constantly taking care abou clean area and gardens, appartment was ok, just would be good to add more tools to kitchen, parking no problem, few meters from appartment (depends in whic app. you are located but it will be inside areal without peoblems. I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Residence Club. The room had cockroaches. During dinner, no water was provided, and we were told that even basic water must be purchased separately. This is not what you expect from a hotel that claims to offer quality service. Couple evenings, I had to wait over an hour for my dinner, while everyone else had already finished eating.

Family run hotel and the service they provided was better than any 5 * hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms were dated but sparkling clean, bit of a walk to the beach however a free shuttle is provided for the beach goers. Sandy beaches with plenty to do and eat nearby. We spent 5 nights in he hotel, the accommodation was excellent. The rooms was cleaned and towels were changed daily. I appreciate the pleasant attitude of the staff. We had accommodation wiht breakfast, we also used the bar. The breakfast had a large slection and great coffee. The beach is close, we did not need to use the shuttle to the beachthat the hotel offers.

Excellent food, the buffet at breakfast and dinner as well as the dishes at the table are more than abundant, we did full board because it was very convenient. Small rooms and bathrooms for a family, the shuttle should make several trips over several hours because the climb from the sea is tough. Children's entertainment absent, be careful not to slip in the swimming pool. Good food also on the Calabrian evening

Improve beach service, umbrellas too close together with little space between them, the shuttle should run more often with more continuous timetables, good beach restaurant and fantastic waiters but there should be more choices for food

Very pleasant residence, excellent courtesy of the staff and cleanliness. Good cuisine, the appetizer buffet is a little repetitive. Excellent for staying with children as everything is very close (restaurant, beach, stage for evenings, gym etc). Very nice rooms. clean with sufficient furniture.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. A lot of rooms have a nice view to the sea. It is very clean and rooms are nice. The food is excellent, we were on half board, and while the breakfast is a little bit plain (and same every day) dinner is fantastic. There is a small pool wich is nicely maintained. The hotel is near the Groticelle beach and has a shuttle if you don't want to walk down a steep road...

We went for lunch in the restaurant. The waiter is very friendly and polite. The foods are tasty.

We didn’t stay here overnight, but we had a wonderful meal! Beautiful dishes with great flavor. Friendly staff, which is not always the case in Calabria.

We visited the restaurant for dinner. It has a nice terrace with tables, and the view for Stromboli. To eat we ordered fried calamari - it was good and pizza - maybe a bit disappointing the dough. It was heavy a chewy. We ordered also tartufo for dessert and that was very tasty.

We visited the restaurant and did not stay at the hotel. The views are very beautiful. The restaurant setup is very nice. The food is delicious. The portion of the fish was a little small. Side dishes to be bought separately. Excellent service.

Very good food, shame you cannot really see the sea unless you get a table on the few places they have facing it

We stayed at La Taverna for 5 nights in late June. The room was clean, the area was quiet. The swimming pool was perfect, not crowded, and the beach was at a walkable distance. Appreciated the shop and local restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful. There was a free shuttle to the train station (we visitedTropea). I can recommend La Taverna!

This was an awesome place, and the view was great. the only thing was it has almost 50 steps down to the residence.

Nice bungalows. The greenery is well maintained. Ok - the pool. On the sea side it is very scenic. Disorganized. Restaurant hours for breakfast start too late. Pool bar at inconvenient hours and closed for lunch. Far from the sea!

Very nice structure in a wonderful location, Capo Vaticano is truly a magnificent place! The problem lies in the management, the managers don't even deign to greet you and are always ready to reproach you at the first opportunity. Shall we talk about housing? We stayed in the villas facing the pool, we were told that the decor is a little more dated than the apartments above but we didn't believe up...

Very good in all respects. The only flaw, for me that I use a wheelchair, the outdoor spaces have slopes with very steep slopes which somewhat affect safety and autonomy.

Relaxing holiday par excellence. Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, excellent and varied breakfast, good dinner, excellent meals for children, there is a varied menu which is ok. Wonderful swimming pool with a wonderful view of the sea and made even more beautiful by super top entertainment... wonderful guys, talented, humble and very nice. The sea is a mirror, transparent and regenerating...
