Hotel L’Ancora*** in Capo Vaticano

We would like to thank the entire hotel staff for a wonderful vacation. We don't want to leave anyone out as everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive from the very first day until our departure.

Thanks to the owner, waiters, receptionsts, houskeeping - the room was spotless every day, with fresh towels regularly provided.

The cuisine was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious meals daily.

The hotel is located in a peaceful, beautiful setting with lovely grounds full of plants. The atmosphere felt family-like, and we had plenty of space and peace to relax.

Although the beach is very close and accessible on foot, sometimes we appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus. The hotel also offered transportation to nearby places for a small fee upon prior arrangement.

We are grateful for this experience. Keep up the great work - we'll be sure to recommend this hotel to our friends!

Hotel highly recommended in all respects. The rooms are excellent and well maintained, they are quite spacious and are cleaned every day. While the strong point is the staff who are always available and very helpful, starting from the reception where they have always given me a hand in any request up to the guys in the room who are very fast and equally available for anything

Great hotel. Excellent cuisine, I recommend half board. It has a shuttle service to the grotticelle beach which is also within walking distance. Great location for all beaches. It also has a small swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Very clean.

We stayed at this hotel for eight days, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent quality food, both for lunch and dinner, well-assorted buffet breakfast. Excellent cleaning of the rooms. Shuttle to the beach always available. Swimming pool not very large but spotless with umbrellas and sunbeds. Ideal place for a relaxing holiday. I recommend it and would definitely stay there again. A special compliment to Mr. Salvatore, who really made us feel at home.

Fantastic location for a really welcoming and very practical hotel! Located in the heart of Capo Vaticano, a real "stone's throw" from the enchanting beach of Grotticelle, it allows you to enjoy a strategic point for those who want to visit this breathtaking beach without using their own car and benefiting, by choice., of a highly recommended free shuttle service especially for the return (the road is uphill and under the hot sun it is better to take advantage of it). The room, perfectly air-conditioned, is clean and fragrant, the cleaning ladies are efficient. The staff at the reception is very nice and very professional, among other things, they advised us against the boat trip and, I must say, woe betide you if I didn't take advantage of it. The expense is worth all the euros, the transfer service directly from the hotel to the boarding area is punctual and the skipper who performs the service was exceptional. The sea is enchanting along the entire route which lasts three hours. I must say that here I spent three days of pure relaxation in one of the most enchanting corners of the amazing Costa Degli Dei. We did not use the canteen service but only the breakfast buffet, very varied and of excellent quality! If you go with your car you can find a place in a covered garage owned by the hotel (you can easily forget your car), if you come by train there is the possibility of being transported to the hotel.
