Very nice hotel, it offers great views, the sunset from the main pool area is one of the best I have seen. The food is excellent, wide variety and all of it is of a very good quality. All inclusive covers all you really need, drinks included. On the downside, the area is huge and you have to walk a lot (unless you are willing to wait for the provided train which is not always available). I can confirm there are jellyfish in the sea as I have got stung by one myself. You might want to be careful if you are allergic or more vulnerable to a jellyfish sting.

What i like: View of the sea. Food. atmosphere. an outdoor lounge. kind people.

What I don't like: the internet is only available near the reception. If you sit anywhere outside eventually (or not) one or more flies will appear and annoy you.

Excellent four star resort, with a wonderful view on the bay of Santa Maria. The staff is well trained, although too few for such big resort.

The strongest point of the resort is the restaurant; the weakest point is the beach which is very narrow.

The waters are super clean and full of fish, the kids can find some entertainment although limited by the amount of resources available.
Every week there is a new program with professional teachers of dancing or padel etc

come here if you want nice views and good food.

The stay was great, the rooms were basic in structure. Electrical ports where not at reach and one would have to leave a device on a chair or on the floor. some windows where not closing safely and easily accessible from passage ways.

Housekeeping was good. B'fast lunch and dinner was also good. However more of italian speciality dessert would have been more desired. The waiters were excellent, polite and very professional at their job keeping the space clean and reaching clients needs, especially the young waiters service with a smile.

The pool bartenders were amazing to say the least! Very energetic very friendly and a particular one that was able to make superb cocktails.

The receptionist also were helpful. Being fluent in italian helped. However some clients communicating in english found it hard to communicate. Staff should be more fluent in at least English being a universal language. Excursions were well organized as well as all transport required

we visited hotel 28.6.2019 -12.7.2019. wé were very suprised with service and very nice personal everything clean perfect restaurant clean beach and sea. it was the best hotel in calabria wehave ever visited. we will surely come again i recemend it to everione thanks for nice holiday
