I would like to express my gratitude for what I experienced during my vacation. I spent unforgettable days here from August 1-6. The hotel's surroundings, the service, and the staff are excellent. The waiters in the restaurant made a pleasant impression on me with their friendliness. Here, I met the finest pool man, his name is Luigi, who performs his job at a very high standard, greatly satisfying the guests. I definitely want to return here as soon as possible. I returned to Hungary, but my heart stayed there.

Absolutely lovely team of people, very helpful. Evening dining was limited as pizzeria only open on Saturday. They run a set menu in the main restaurant in the evening which was v uninspired. Maitre De is hardest working man ever. My husband and i baulked when we found they made instant coffee, not what we expect. Maurizio the bar man was a great addition and was very efficient. Honestly the views are beautiful, the team superb, the bar menu probably better than the dinner menu! The place was dparkling. Really good ppl, recommend

Wanting to get out of Naples because of traffic and people we booked here for a few days before flight out of FCO. Great views, free breakfast, elevator to the street. Be ready to walk a little but not to bad. Comfortable.

You go at the pool… the pool is full of kids jumping all over. 3 staff there but they only stay behind the counter! You order draft beer at 7€ (33cl) and they gave you a glass of 25cl. They think people who do party at there hotel are queen or king but they come just for 1 evening….. people who spend over a week at the hotel they don’t care!!!
The breakfast you have the same items every single day! Never change anything…..
They also put you on the side of the big room or outside because they set up the tables during breakfast for some groups!!!
You understand nothing about hospitality!!!
The wifi in the hotel is very slow!!
With a serious director this place could outstanding but its doesn’t make you feel to come back!!!

The worst breakfast I have ever experienced. Fruit on the table is a plastic decoration only! Next to the plastic decoration just several peaces of the real fruit. Very cheap pastry and all the other food. Fruit juices also terrible.

Strange decoration in the room. Two identical pictures above the bed. Why?

The hotel is dated, but the bedrooms were renovated and are very spacious. There is a nice selection of vintage furniture in the lobby. The staff in the reception is dismissive and gives no attention to complaints or requests

Nice stay
We had a great stay at the Hotel dei Congressi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good sized. The internet access was a bit bad at times in the room, but otherwise it was good too. It worked well especially in the common areas. The pool was really nice as well as the rooftop terrace. The hotel is not the most modern, but it has a very nice charisma. We enjoyed it, thank you!

Whilst the restaurant staff and cleaning staff were good, the manager was rude, aggressive and dismissive of any requests / comments. The hotel had several external parties / discos which took over the hotel, as well as allowing the public to use the pool, consequently there were times when the guests had nowhere to sit and have a drink, or use the pool area. The rooms were small and very basic with no tea or coffee making equipmnt.

In the heart of a non tourist area. Grabbed a large pizza at one of the local shops for 5 Euro and it was delicious. Hotel was great and the free reakfast was fabulous.
