I stayed at this B&B in Milano Marittima and had a truly positive experience. The location is very central, convenient for walking to everything.

The property has private paid parking, but you can also park in the municipal blue parking spaces, also subject to charges.

The room was comfortable, well-equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and various extras that make for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights is definitely the swimming pool, accessible to guests, ideal for a relaxing moment.

The breakfast is plentiful and varied, catering to all tastes.
The staff has always been competent, helpful, and very friendly. A special mention goes to the hotel's small garden, which is truly well-kept and pleasant.

In short, a welcoming property in a perfect location, managed by attentive and professional staff. Recommended!

I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and can say he's extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Communication was prompt and courteous, which in itself conveys great professionalism and attention to guests. I highly recommend this property because you can sense the care and attention they give to their guests from the very first contact.

Simple but well-maintained hotel, with very polite and professional staff, both at reception and at the bar. Rooms are reasonable for the price, with renovated bathrooms and new fixtures, air conditioning, and a perfectly functioning TV. Excellent cleanliness. Well-kept garden with pleasant seating areas. Beautiful and well-maintained pool, with indoor parking available. Excellent location. Excellent value for money!

The price/quality ratio of the services offered exceeded my expectations.
The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is very convenient.
The cleanliness was impeccable, the breakfast delicious, and I really enjoyed the cakes :-)

Personally I started with very low expectations, given the price paid, instead it is a structure that surprised me for its welcome, for the courtesy and also for the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast that for a 3 star is really good. Positively satisfied also for the welcome to my dog ​​where they asked for a contribution of € 10 one-off for the entire stay which for us is 5 days, in other structures I would have paid at least € 10 per day. I can only express my satisfaction by giving my positive evaluation

I stayed in this hotel last week. The experience is very positive. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location, located on the main road near clubs and the sea. Hotel with swimming pool if you want to have a little relaxation. Perhaps the only negative, as far as my room is concerned, is the bathroom. Very small with the lack of the bidet. For the rest, nothing to report.

UNACCEPTABLE HUT bathroom without shower cabin practically there was 1 toilet above which 1 old shower with 1 curtain around without shower tray that using the shower flooded the bathroom. could not even pass (room n.70) Hard sheets uncomfortable pillows and low tattered towels and old bad quality / price Paid room 100 e. but not even worth 50 euros In addition they also had the nerve to ask 5 euros per person. day for parking which on the website was marked as free service. They almost chased us at check out for the 15 euro. Waste !!! Never again. They shouldn't even be allowed to rent these obscene rooms. Even hostel accommodations are .better.Breakfast paid separately and they also pretended not to remember making it pay 2 times.Tratati also in the breakfast room very badly.
