Folgaria Post Hotel in Folgaria

I am very Dissapointed. A waiter from restaurant was VERY BAD! First night we order a wine, unfortunately there was only one bottle so we can't order one more. Second night curly hair waiter forgot about ordered bottle of wine for us! Third night, we receive a different main course which has been ordered. Fourth night waiter forgot about ordered dessert for us.

On breakfast they didn't provide a ham or cheeses or eggs - before 8:30 (breakfast starts at 8:00) so you can eat only corn flakes, sweet yogurt or cakes. It's impossible to order any different egg than scrambled eggs provided on the cold pan.

Still waiting for an invoice for whole stay... It's my third contact with hotel for an invoice and still not receive a INVOICE. Right now they aren't even answer to my phone.

If you aren't an italian try to find another hotel this probably will be a huge disappoint for you

As someone mentioned before, i've got the same bad experience at POST HOTEL in FOLGARIA. It was a bad week with one of the worst waiter. Still not receive any FORMAL INVOICE from this hotel. We try to contact with owners 3 times. They said that we will receive a INVOICE right now... still not get it. It's a huge disappoint and many problems for you if you have a company and need to settle your taxes with government. Right now we trying to find out how we can push this hotel to achieve so basic thing like an invoice.

Hotel doesn't look like a 4th star hotel, it's look like a 2-3 stars hotel from early 90's.
Food isn't good. Drink bar is always empty because bartender (owner's son) need to smoke a cigarettes. So you need to wait even 30' for another drink.

This hotel is a like a bad joke. We're here for a whole week. It was our third time in this place. It was our last stay in this hotel. Waiter in restaurant provide the worst waiter i've ever seen. He doesn't understand even basics in english. He forgot a wine for us, he made a mistakes with orders. He forgot about desserts. The last but not least was a poor breakfast with poor quality food (there weren't any cheese or ham on first 45 minutes of breakfast). We had checkout on 01 of februry 2020 and still not receive an invoice for our company. We need to pay more (local taxes) than we expected when we made an reservation/booking. The price doesn't include LOCAL TAX (around 25 euro per room :o). You feel cheated after all. Better look another place than stay here.
