Exceptional level of service. Exceptional breakfast. Having snacks available in the shared areas in the evening was a great plus. Value for money was outstanding, for example the sauna and pool. Location perfect for exploring Lecce on foot or Sarento by car.

What a gem! The staff (Francesca, Alphonso and Matteo) are amazing!! The rooms are so comfortable and architecturally stunning!! Breakfast variety and presentation is wonderful. This year the addition of the evening aperitifs was appreciated!!

Customer service exceptional. Staff amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Would have been nice to have yogurt as part of the breakfast menu not extra cost but the choices were numerous. Also give cost of room the mineral water should be free of charge. This is quite a small item and it still gave it a 5. Hope management makes this change.

Great stay ! Beautiful restored building, large rooms, perfect location. Everything was well maintained and nicely furnished. Very nice breakfast included. The service of the staff was amazing - incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in during my lifetime and that includes Paris Ritz, Beverly Wiltshire, The Nelly in Cape Town. The owner’s attention to detail is impeccable; hotel staff couldn’t be better. My only very minor criticism is breakfast buffet could include eggs and yogurt. Otherwise just outstanding!

The hotel is next to the scenic spot, quaint and charming, with a view at every step. The service is also very considerate. They introduced us to the delicious restaurants around us after we checked in.
It is in the ZTL area. If you drive, call in advance and they will send a text message to tell you where to pick you up.

All the staff are amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. They had some great recommendations and ran a cooking course for us on our final night - they went above and beyond to make it a really special evening.
