I can only give an extremely positive opinion, also because I have been a customer of the hotel for about sixteen years.
Extreme cleanliness and care of the room, always kind and available at the desk, excellent breakfast service at the table as required by the anticovid norms.

Friendly and helpful on-site staff.
Structure in an excellent position for strolling in the historic center. Close to various services (supermarket, post office, bank, church, etc.).
Clean rooms, abundant breakfast and served in full compliance with anti-covid regulations.
For parking, there is a convenient and practical agreement in the area adjacent to the hotel.
The only observation: we were placed in a suite where the lighting was dim and the bathroom with a blind window.

What I liked:
the position is in front of the lagoon and on foot it takes 5 minutes to reach the main street of Orbetello;
private parking and, for those who travel by motorbike like me, free;
spacious bedroom and bathroom;
very kind and hospitable hotel staff.
What I didn't like:
the furnishing of the rooms and the bathroom appear dated and with an outdated style;
the fridge in the room by now antiquated and little refrigerant;
the dolens note belongs to the included breakfast. In reality it was possible to choose only one dish accompanied by coffee or milk. Each addition had to be paid for at a disproportionate price in my opinion.
For this reason, despite considering the positive experience, I cannot give 5 stars.

The hotel is beautiful. The owners and operators and workers are all very kind and sincere. Clean, beautiful rooms. Kind and caring service.
