The hotel is old and a bit far from central, but the bus stop is near the hotel

It’s not exactly in city centre but it’s 10 minutes bus ride away. No curtains on the bunk beds and towels are provided. Had to share a plug with the bed above me, hope there’s individual plugs for each bunk beds.

The room was clean and comfortable, with good service. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was really convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay in Florence

The beds in the room are not assigned, it was selected by first come first serve. In my opinion the stairs to the upper bunk bed is quite dangerous as there’s lesser things to hold on to with both hands and foot, have to pay more attention when going down

The guy at check-in was speedy and got into our rooms in short order. We booked the cheapest 22 person room, and it's much more tolerable than you'd think. Clean beds, ok showers, communal kitchen for basic cooking with pots and pans. Close proximity (2 blocks) to the bridge crossing the Arno River for all the sight seeing.

Stayed in the huge 22 bed room. Not actually as bad as expected, it's like a military barracks style but didn't actually get too stuffy. One big minus is there aren't any power outlets near the bunks. Everyone plugs into a power strip next to the door. Dealbreaker imo, for security and convenience (wake up alarms..)

Perfect location! They clean everything every day and they are very save, you have to show your key before you can come in! Only downside is that it has very thin walls so there is sound everywhere and the toilet seat was sort of broken.

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. A heart-felt welcome. Lovely friendly staff, nothing was too much. An excellent continental breakfast, eggs were offered each morning if you required something hot. We had a lovely experience staying here for two nights. The woman who runs the B & B, Luciana is so kind and offers helpful information, beautiful rooms and a delicious breakfast! The B & B is walking distance from the Piazza il Campo and we even enjoyed our walk from the train station (about 20 minutes) to the booking upon our arrival. This hotel is almost like a museum. We choose this hotel due to its being on the center of attractions. Conveniently located, enough breakfast for the morning and run by beautiful people. The place was lovely, clean and conveniently close to the old town. The interior of the room was also clean and simple. Also bed was comfortable too.
