Surrounded by a 14-hectare park in San Vincenzo, Garden Toscana Resort features sports and wellness facilities, 3 restaurants and 4 bars. It offers free access to its 2 pools and private sandy beach, 400 metres away.
Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view
Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze
Very nice place, especially we liked the pool and the GYM. Location is very nice, 15 min walk to any of the museums’. Beautiful view from the roof
The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.
An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating
We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel
I cannot wait to visit Florence again, I would definitely stay here!
This hotel is absolutely a 5-star for us
It was a very satisfactory hotel. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Duomo. There is a large supermarket and many restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. I think it was about a 15-minute walk to Michelangelo Hill
Nice location(minutes walk to city center), great breakfast, very helpful staff with Italian hospitality(special thanks to Silvia at the reception), and most important - great value for money
★★★★★ Exceptional Service and Care Beyond Expectations!
I had an unexpected health issue during my stay at the hotel, and I cannot thank Barbara at the front desk enough for her kindness and professionalism
Her genuine care and swift action made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to handle. Barbara is truly a credit to the hotel, and her dedication to guest well-being deserves special recognition
Everything is clean and you can enjoy different types of pools (even a sauna). To eat, there is either a cafeteria or bistrots offering ice creams, cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks
The place is very spacious and there are lots of sunbeds both in shade and in sunny areas to tan. We recommend coming as early as possible since it gets crowded in the afternoon
Great thermal station offering diverse services and great facilities. There is a parking available which is really accommodating. You can rent a towel and robe
feels a bit like a public pool location rather than a high end spa destination. not the cleanest and not the most top-notch service. we expected far more from all the buzz you hear about this place
Tuscany is a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Terme di Saturnia is a very special place due to the thermal water that comes from the Roman times. Very healthy for the skin, bones and Breithing issues
The temperature of the water is 36. A real pleasure for the mind and the body. Specially for your joints and osteo arthritis issues

The Resort Riva Degli Etruschi is set among pine woods, adjacent to its free own private beach. It offers many sports facilities. Its simply furnished rooms and villas have satellite TV.
2) BEWARE: the whirlpool is not free!! It costs 20 euro per person. 3) We had some issues with our ac. Although we were able to adjust the settings and to put it on, it kept on going off after 10 minutes or so
It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.
The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my luggage and were very supportive during both check-in and check-out
We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient for staying in Florence the night before our flight home
The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center
Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free
The facility was spotless, warm, welcoming and cozy. As a massage therapist myself, I feel more than qualified to recommend visiting the spa. I wish I had more time to avail myself of the services
The bed, bedding, towels, the whole hotel were spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful and although very professional displayed their willingness to enjoy humour with us
Nestled in the lush hills of Barga, the resort offers a tranquil escape with panoramic views of the Serchio Valley that seem to stretch endlessly into the horizon
Overall, the Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco is a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and authentic Italian hospitality. It’s ideal for anyone looking to unwind, explore the beauty of Tuscany, and indulge in incredible food
One of the most memorable aspects of the stay was the walk down the long, steep drive leading from the resort to the base of the hill. It’s a bit of a trek, but it’s worth every step
The breakfast buffet offered many choices and sufficed to start the day. The rooms offered beautiful views among the clouds. The SPA! Oh the SPA! Melissa gave a spectacular massage
We stayed in a superior room however the television kept on switching off automatically and also the bathroom door was in very poor quality. The hotel was pretty nice, and the room was pretty good as well
It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night
The room was very clean and the price was right. You can order a glass of red wine and some cookies or chocolates. It's really comfortable to sit quietly for a while
Very clean hotel and very easy to reach, strategic location. Spacious and modern rooms
The front desk was very friendly and took us to nearby restaurants
A kudos to Eleonora at the bar serving our welcome drink and cuddling during our breakfast time. Speaking of which, good scrambled eggs, but hot bacon and sausages would be welcome (they are just mild)
The doctor arrived at our room within 30 minutes, and after prescription medication, I was on the mend within a couple of days! Vacation saved! Thank you, Valentina! Do not hesitate to book the Hotel Bernini Palace!
Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. All of the staff were wonderful. They are knowledgeable, kind and professional. I often wake up early in the morning andgo downstairs, so my wife can sleep
Every morning between 4-5, the night manager would great me with a genuinely big smile and offer to make me a coffee. He’d also bring me some shortbread cookies
Excellent hotel, our room was very dark and from the entrance it smelled like sewage but it was super clean and comfortable. Alessandro the concierge was very efficient, polite and provided excellent service
Stunning hotel in the heart of Florence. Fully walkable to every major site and restaurants. Gorgeous antiques. Elegantly furnished. Impeccably clean. Comfortable beds. Absolutely recommend.
It is so nice to not have to have to leave the hotel to have a cocktail. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

We had the best time at this hotel! We travelled to multiple cities in Italy and this one definitely made us feel at relaxed and at leisure, slowing down our pace and enjoying sun time pool side
An amazing hotel located in the centre of Florence overlooking a beautiful Piazza surrounded by restaurants excellent shopping and to die for sightseeing attractions
For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well
I can't wait to come back in the warmer months to take advantage of that lovely rooftop bar/pool!
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. The hotel is centrally located, so ideal for lots of walking to the main sights in Firenze and within a 10 minute walk from the train station
I can't say enough great things about this hotel. First, the location is wonderful. You can walk nearly anywhere you want to go within 20 minutes, but all the major sights are no more than 10-15
The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day
This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance
The suite we booked is in Rococo style. It's very beautiful and clean. There's also a super delicious dessert shop called Iginio Massari opposite. I've been to Florence many times and this hotel is my favorite
It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called "Master Ba"
Very good hotel! Convenient location, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, hotel-museum. The breakfast place is simply amazing. One of the best hotels I've visited.
If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop
Tuscany, Florence, Via Jacopo da Diacceto, 16/20 🧭 Map
The towels are the biggest and comfiest I've ever seen! Breakfast every morning is delicious, don't miss out
great location friendly staff. the hotel helped a lot with the luggage. all the basic amenities were available in the room. like we really needed the electric kettle in the room which was available without any deposit
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very good location, all of Florence is in walking distance. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good.
Check-in was seem less, staff is accommodating, and the location is central to everything! I've been walking distance to everywhere I've wanted to see. Room is spacious and meets my needs
Good location close to the train station and the historic city centre. The room is clean and spacious with good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. The staff are helpful and friendly
Comfortable and clean, breakfast was high quality with a lot of choice and staff were nice. The lobby and bar was very comfortable and really good to hang out in.
Great pools, nice beach and superb overall facility. We dined every evening at the pool restaurant, casual but upscale
The pasta dishes were fantastic and the waiters very nice and attentive despite a fairly full restaurant. The view, setting and food made it uniquely memorable
While the rooms might feel a tad dated, they really are very nice, and stylistically consistent with the hotel’s Elba-Mediterranean architecture. Far more impressive than the other luxury hotels on the Island
We were lucky enough to celebrate the big party on Saturday night and it as brilliant so much fun with a fantastic band! We have thoroughly enjoyed the extensive menu and wine list the food was excellent and caters for everyone! The stunning view from the restaurant is captivating and you can just sit for hours watching the sunset
The hotel is in a great location and has an excellent private, sandy beach.
Rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The storm caused some temporary power cuts and on the first night my son and I were larking around slumped in a pretend Agatha Christie type ****** at the table when the lights went back up, but sadly no one quite got the joke

The staff, the service, the food, the beach, the pool, the fitness center, the cleanness, the maintenance, the atmosphere, we will return without a doubt
The resort, pool area, and the beachfront are beautiful. However, this place leaves much to be desired in terms of service - a lot of essentials that you’d expect from a 4-star resort are missing
The hotel buildings nestle into the surrounding pine woods and greenery, while on the beach the sea views are lovely. All staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is one of mutual respect and safety
The beach was pristine and had a beach bar for snacks and drinks very close by. The dinner and breakfast that was provided by the hotel (with our package) had a lot of options while being high quality
Riva del Sole is a wonderful place to stay, with guests of all ages. There’s room and activities for everyone, and enough land and space that it never feels crowded
It was a very clean, beautiful Family place. The sea was only a two-minute walk away, and there were lots of trees. 🌳I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Liked everything but the arrival parking to check in, only have 3 spots and not enough help to park cars to let more people check in, street is busy at night and frustrating because you can't park and you feel someone will hit your car because your doubled parked
This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical
Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful! The only disappointment was that the roof top patio was closed for maintenance while we were there and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel
25th Anniversary in Florence
Exceeded expectations for a special stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. Beautiful hotel. Clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and available. Highly recommend.
I reserved a single room because I was traveling solo to visit my son while he was studying abroad, and she was so perfect. The room was tiny but mighty, and I had everything I needed and more
Starting with the always kind and always smiling Lucca welcoming you outside, he treats you as though you’re a long lost friend finding your way back home
Great breakfast
Nice rooms - a bit old looking
It feels that the pool is not properly maintain - i looked dirty
The staff was very kind! And useful!
Its located at the very center of the therma springs, but if you wanna go out at night you will need a car, and maybe go out of the city
A beautiful hotel, quiet location, spacious rooms and amazing views. The staff were very friendly and more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.
They do need some maintenance but the room overall was clean and spacious, kind staffs, great spa facilities & we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant - great portion and sumptuous Tuscan cuisines in fixed menu
Very romantic atmosphere with lots of opportunity to be laid back. Breakfast outside was our favorite start of the day, calm and peaceful in beautiful surrounding with a lovely hostes.
Perfection - From the moment we walked in to the moment we left you guys knew are name and we’re nothing but polite and professional through out are whole stay! On top of that the hotel was amazing, clean and perfectly located
We only stopped in for a drink after dinner but beautiful hotel, bar and lobby. Can’t speak about the rooms but I’m sure they’re beautiful. Centrally located in Florence on Borgo Pinti. Hope to stay here one day
They paid attention to the smallest details and always made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special mention goes to Rachelle at the reception. She was more than helpful and incredibly kind throughout our stay
I booked one night through AMEX with an upgrade to a suite, four categories above the standard room, exactly as shown in the photos. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the welcome we received was exceptional
Because the specific treatment I requested was not available, the hotel generously sent many beautiful gifts to the room. The suite itself was extremely luxurious and comfortable
The rooms are absolutely beautiful – spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered to make you feel comfortable and relaxed
We had to leave a day earlier than planned due to a country wide strike meaning our flight home was cancelled. The reception team went out of their way to assist us with our plans changing
We received a credit note so we can return to this lovely hotel which we are looking forward to doing. Would higjly reccomend this hotel as a must do visit
A special thanks to Esta Enna General Manager who arranged a taxi and a refund of our bill for the day we had lost due to leaving early
The hotel is one if the nicest we have stayed at in Italy. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff are very helpful and efficient
Imagine Pisa if the tower fell over and was bulldozed away! Why would anyone go? We had no complaints at all with this hotel but honestly, the Italians need to change the road signs and the map and call this place just Montecatini
We stayed at the LHP Hotel Montecatini from April 24th to the morning of April 27th, and it was truly a memorable experience
We loved the ambiance of the hotel as well as the rooftop pool and bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant and watched the sunset. The staff—at every point—was kind and helpful. Absolutely a wonderful experience
Our room was spacious and luxurious, with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a very comfortable bathroom featuring both a separate shower and bathtub
The hotel also offers a rooftop infinity pool, bar, and restaurant, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views, we enjoyed happy hour at their rooftop bar and it was amazing
Dated and not great
The spa was not included. The room smelled like drains. The hotel was very dated and not well looked after. The swimming pool was old.
Very relaxing stay !! It's a luxury hotel and looks amazing outside and inside. The pool on the top floor has amazing views aNd you can totally relax as everyone is generally quiet and people whisper
My husband and I were absolutely blown away by our stay at the Hotiday Room Collection Hotel (also known as Grand Hotel Palazzo) in Livorno! This five-star hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building and exudes charm from every corner

Hotel is better then some people thinking. Main loby, restaurant and 6th floor where I stay looks like after renovation one ore maybe two years ago. I had 2 or 3 mosquitos in my room, but there was repelent to plug in
The location, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff are great. The facilities are a bit lacking.
Breakfast was basic but OK and coffee from bar was excellent 👌
Quiet area, nice service, and they have a nice breakfast too
Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min
Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi
