It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.
The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my luggage and were very supportive during both check-in and check-out
We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient for staying in Florence the night before our flight home
The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center
Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free
Dear DoubleTree by Hilton Florence Team,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful service during my recent stay
It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night
The room was very clean and the price was right. You can order a glass of red wine and some cookies or chocolates. It's really comfortable to sit quietly for a while
This is not written in the parking lot. If the ground floor is full, it will be very embarrassing. You either give in or don't park
Very clean hotel and very easy to reach, strategic location. Spacious and modern rooms
The front desk was very friendly and took us to nearby restaurants
Hygiene: better than other ibis hotels, good smell on corridor, which is appreciated
Location: Bus 30A/ 30B / 30F can arrive a bus stop which is 10 mins walking distance from here, Bus 66 connects the hotel and the tram station (one stop from airport), IKEA is nearby too, please note that there is only one pedestrian crossing on the main road, however, both ways requires long traveling time from city...

The new management of this hotel is really valid....staff were friendly and the location is great...we tried anke the Spa and we were happy!
I'm pleased to be here to enjoy the sorroundings, seemed to forget all problems ,I love this place. .!
I purchased a groupon for the restaurant, and after reading some of the reviews I had come to panic. Then we decided to try it and honestly it went well. The staff is friendly and the service commendable
The food in spite of what the age reported on the opinions was good. For sure nn is a restaurant of a 4 star hotel, but maybe it's better that way
We had a good time at this hotel. Hotel is walking distance to the touristy Florence area and a 15 min walk to the train station. Highlight was them having a nice cozy area on the rooftop with a small pool
Have good facilities include gym, the rooftop pool and bar is the highlight of the hotel, beautiful view of Firenze and sunset, they serve a small buffet with drink for euro 20 on thursday, a must to go
Loved this hotel. Beautiful rooms and location. Staff very helpful. Rooftop bar was amazing. Excellent stay
They would call cabs for us any time we needed and addressed any of our needs. My only complaint was that the beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were very thin and you could feel the springs
Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. It’s a bit outside of city center so may need a cab if unable to walk 25 min. The front desk staff were always so kind and helpful
Had a constant challenge to get milk and coffee replaced every day! The swimming pool was closed and this was not made obvious at time of booking and felt misled
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided
It was sufficient to start the day, but don’t expect a standout dining experience. The hotel features a pool, which is a great amenity, but it’s quite small and can feel crowded if multiple guests are using it
The hotel includes breakfast in the room rate, which is a nice touch, but the selection was disappointing. The food lacked variety and quality, with limited options that didn’t cater to diverse tastes
Public transportation options, particularly buses, are limited in the evening, so plan accordingly if you intend to explore the city late. A taxi or rideshare might be necessary for evening outings
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and basic requests were handled efficiently. Overall, this hotel is a good pick for those prioritizing affordability and clean, spacious rooms
For casual browsing, it’s manageable, but don’t expect high-speed performance. The service was satisfactory—staff were polite and responsive, though not overly warm or proactive
Great hotel, I'd recommend it!
Our flight got cancelled, and the hotel was very responsive and checked us in smoothly when we finally did arrive. Room was clean and a decent size (very tall walls) and we had a balcony
Her assistance, from providing clear directions to the entrance over the phone, to warmly welcoming us, facilitating our seamless check-in, and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay, was truly remarkable
The breakfast was excellent!! Location was perfect; we took the train in and just hopped across the street. Leaving the next day was also very convenient. We will use this hotel again on our next visit
Her exemplary service and positive demeanor have solidified this as my preferred hotel for all future visits to Florence. The room itself was exquisitely appointed and aesthetically pleasing
Furthermore, the hotel's prime location adjacent to major transportation hubs, including the train, tram, and bus stops, offers unparalleled convenience for rapid access to all destinations
They held our luggage for about 5 hours before check-in so we could tour Florence without carrying our luggage around. The room was great! The A/C worked extremely well

Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of space. Bathroom was nice with a good shower
Peaceful
Awesome experience! Beautiful, classic, quiet hotel. Great front desk help. The breakfast buffet with custom coffee orders was exceptional. Very peaceful setting.
Spectacular old palazzo, nice big rooms, excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory great choice...front desk staff amazingly friendly and helpful
Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also just 15 minutes by feet away
Air Condition in the room worked very well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August
Set in a quiet area and an easy short walk into town. Nice pool but very few sun loungers and not very much shade. Good continental breakfast which can be taken on the outside terrace if you want to
Back from train station(toen) 7 euro. NOTE-- finding taxi is frustrating people waiting 30-454 m inutes at station and there were only 4-5 people on line Front desk very nice esp Graziana? pm receptionist
Hotel is outside city Can easily be reached by car with gogle maps. Must take taxi(parking is expensive in Arezzo plus you have to pay for parking, gasoline(benzina) etc Cost to go in 10 euro
just on the outskirts, convenient by car, clean room, good breakfast
We had a great time as always. We'll be back again.
Instead I called the hotel and spoke to the very kind Mr. Manuela who reserved me 4 beautiful and comfortable rooms. The reception and breakfast room staff were kind and attentive as well as very professional
Excellent hotel, new room furniture, spacious bathroom and excellent cleaning. Abundant breakfast with sweets, cereals, yogurt, cold cuts and more, too bad they didn't have soy milk for the intolerant
I have just returned from three days in Chianciano Terme and I stayed with other friends at this hotel. If I had given credit to the reviews I would not have booked 4 rooms for me and my friends
Very good dinner, large portions. Too bad the hotel doesn't have a private car park, in Chianciano all car parks are subject to charges or you can only park for an hour or two
In light of this, I recommend staying at this location before expressing untrue and unfair judgments

We stayed only one night, but we loved the hotel. The two ladies in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond of our expectation. Room was comfortable and clean
My stay at C-Hotels Club Florence was absolutely delightful, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence! The service was outstanding, with the friendly staff welcoming us warmly, offering a detailed guest room demo, and providing a charming handwritten welcome card at check-in
The professionalism of the staffs, the welcoming hospitality and the way they make it personalized, the stay just turns out great! I really loved the touch with a welcoming postcard with my name, information about my stay and the willingness of the staffs to make my stay memorable and good
Absolute World Class Service, at a modern and chic Hotel. Starting from my arrival at the front desk, Both gentlemen that checked me in and assisted me with my stay were warm and welcoming
Oh man, what a wonderful stay! I come from a culture where we say 'God comes in the form of guest' which means that we have a great hospitality culture, we treat our guests really well
The room was much bigger than I expected, the bathroom was also big, the amenities were really on point. To anyone travelling to Firenze, I strongly recommend this place
Tuscany, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Via Roma 191 🧭 Map
The room was massive, beautifully appointed, good bed, whirlpool bath, there was an additional room with multiple function shower/steam room and Massage beds which lead onto a spacious terrace, it’s a unique room
The only addition we would suggest is a night bar, after you have eaten, it would be nice to sit in the area around the reception and have a drink or coffee, without trying to find the restaurant staff, who have enough on their plate, no pun intended
The food was excellent, service was good, staff worked very hard looking after 3 dining locations. The grounds were large and beautifully maintained, the pool area is exceptional with wonderful views over the countryside
Breathtaking
Beautiful Tuscany views of rolling hills with vineyards & olive trees. Really nice restaurant onsite. Would recommend a car to get from one town to another.
We stayed at Borgo di Cortefreda for 4 nights, our room was a “Sweet Suite” this is the hotel description
The on site restaurant might have been my best meal in Italy! I would stay again in a heartbeat!
Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms. Overall everything is fine but modern now only has the name. Even if it is well kept, age is felt..
There is a shuttle service to the centre and back for those who do not wish to walk. It costs around 8€ to get from the hotel to the city center
The room is spacious, clean, and feels very authentic
From the moment we had arrived, we were smitten by very helpful (travel agency did not make our reservation clear), knowledgeable (thanks for all the recommendations from where to go and where to eat as a family) and ultimately extremely caring staff
Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Classy hotel with a great view of florence. The hotel has a stunning garden and terrace, some of the room balconies overlook that space
Note that the hotel area is serene and quiet, not suitable if you're looking for a wild time
The hotel is right outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet close enough to walk to the center
Finally the staff is awesome very friendly, eager to help. The shuttle service to Florence is nice. Very nearby you have the michelangiolo plaza from which you have even better views of Florence
Absolutely wonderful both the hotel and the restaurant!
I booked this hotel for our belated honeymoon trip and my wife and I agree that this is the best place we have stayed at in many years

Since I was badly hurt and unable to leave Florence, I needed to extend my stay. The staff understood my situation and upgraded my room to a more spacious one, which made it much easier for the doctors to visit me
The breakfast was good; the server even came over to ask what kind of coffee I'd prefer. If your budget allows, I'd recommend booking a larger room, as the economy room is truly tiny
Unsure of what to do, I returned to the hotel to ask for help, at least for some ice to treat the injury. The staff were supportive, even though my stay had ended
I was traveling alone in Florence, and unfortunately, on the last day of my planned stay, I sprained my ankle badly on the street
The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was very clean, though exceptionally small
The location is quite convenient, just across the road and around the corner from the station. However, the check-in process was quite slow. We arrived early, but our room wasn't ready, so we went out to explore
Nice room. Clean, safe, and great location. Good breakfast included and the Popsicles for guests were a nice touch when returning to your room after a long hot day of touring Florence and the surrounding area.
This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Rome. The location is super convenient, and the triple room we booked was quite spacious. The breakfast was good too.
Excellent! The room was very spacious, and the TV was a Samsung 7-series, which allowed us to watch Netflix.
I really loved this hotel! It was super clean and smelled great. The breakfast was delicious, I ate so much, haha!
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and elegantly styled, with a cozy atmosphere that matched the hotel’s historic character. The bed was comfortable, and the overall space felt well maintained and relaxing
The hotel’s location is excellent—close enough to walk to major attractions like the Duomo and Accademia Gallery, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gives the area a relaxed, authentic feel

Stayed 5 nights as part of a coach tour lovely hotel beautiful food highly recommend
I travelled solo but as part of a coach trip. Some didn’t like the hotel but I really enjoyed it. It was a bit quirky but I like that. My room was large and immaculately clean as was the shower room
Great hotel, delicious food with large portions. Breakfast was also excellent, nothing to complain about. And a good, spotlessly clean room with air conditioning. The beds were a bit hard, that's the only downside
The only tiny problem was the slightly uncomfortable mattress but I sorted that out and had a much better sleep at night. The breakfast was fantastic and set you up for the day
Terrific staff, food good, great views, scrupulously clean. Room had a few quirks eg the only power socket was behind a piece of furniture and the light switches had a mind of their own
I didn’t explore a huge amount as I was out every day but would certainly return under my own steam and explore some more of the town. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay

Always excellent and varied dinners and buffets! We have a 4 year old daughter and we have never seen her so happy with a stay. Highly recommended, and once again we thank all the staff!
As promised we returned for the third time, just returned, July '21, we confirm everything previously said, a week in this hotel satisfies more than a month in other places
I am here now, location, structure, hospitality, staff, food, all at the highest level, you feel pampered and you always have the feeling of receiving more than you spend
And it really can only be like this, we left it shortly after a week spent wonderfully! The very nice structure, the extremely courteous and helpful staff on everything
Added to this are spectacular dinners and a staff of out-of-the-ordinary courtesy, since we have a small child, they have facilitated us in everything even on the menu
More than anything else, the wonderful view we enjoyed from the terrace of our room, overlooking the pool and the sea, was already worth the whole holiday

The only drawback that for those who do two weeks like us, we ate the same menu as the first week as the menu is repeated for the following week
normal breakfast coffee or cappuccino made with a bar machine, managed by the barman Vincenzo always available and professional
beach at the Petite Europe Lido excellent and with services, there is also a swimming pool, the distance from the hotel is 250 flat...
Good clean accommodation. Small but adequate kitchen facility.
normal food at lunch choice of two first courses as well as white pasta or rice that can be seasoned as you like (tomato sauce / butter / oil) at the table appetizer on a tray (via covid) at dinner two first courses plus soup or soup and two seconds one meat and one fish
Satisfying vacation
We returned two days ago, three of us and we were quite satisfied with everything, in fact the large room with everything you need, large terrace, bathroom with good shower, linen change every two days Mrs
the only drawback is the parking as the hotel does not have it even if it says it does on the website, you have to look for it (in the adjacent streets or in front of the beach in the evening) but it is not the hotel
Animation only two boys Francesco and Marco who try to entertain guests and work hard but being few and not having many means, they mostly take care of the children and make some shows
We stayed in this hotel for two nights booking with smart box. First of all they gave us availability almost immediately unlike other hotels in the area, the welcome and kindness of the owners is unique
I forgot, very good breakfast, too bad that on the last day we had to leave in a hurry to go to Romagna and we lost it. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING WE WILL BE BACK!!!
Room with not super modern furnishings, but with everything you need, also very spacious. Ideal hotel for those who go to the spa because it is one step away
The room was clean but shabby; there were patches on the walls, the shower head not working perfectly, and little things like that
For the meals I must say that everything was excellent, too bad for the inadequate portions. The staff were courteous and helpful
It looks like an unpretentious hotel, and it really is. For a conference I stayed in the structure
