Villas in Tuscany

I love coming to this place for work; it's welcoming and very central. Today, however, there was a small glitch: it's cold (and I'm a bit...) and the heating isn't working. It can happen, but as soon as I reported it, the owners set up a rescue operation like the tsunami in Indonesia or Fukushima, partially solving the problem and alerting the technicians for tomorrow. Now I can just imagine them arriving...

Excellent, well-maintained B&B in the center of town. Paid parking nearby. The only flaw that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of breakfast on site, but with a voucher you can go to a nearby café. I find the voucher demeaning. Still, worth a try.

Everything! The B&B was extremely chic and looked so much better than in the photos. The rooms were cool, and the beds were comfy, they provided everything one would need when travelling. Almost wish I didn't have to leave!

An established hotel with reliable service. The breakfast is extensive and includes freshly squeezed juices. As expected for European hotels, the rooms aren't huge. Although it's not in the city center, you can book a shuttle service in advance for a free ride downtown. Florence isn't a big city, so we'd take the free shuttle to the city center in the morning and then just stroll back to the hotel...

Disappointed. Breakfast was subpar. Too much noise from the hall. Asked for a bottle of water, and they told me I had to go to the bar to get it. Expected better service for the price paid.

A very comfortable hotel. The front desk even upgraded my room for free. Although the bathroom layout was a bit cramped, it's understandable. Everything else was great. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel is also within walking distance to all the attractions. It’s important to know that most people drive and when you arrive they ask you to empty your car by reception, the staff label it, and then golf carts come to collect everything with your name and bring to your room. It was a bit dirty and there was no government, they sold all the drinks, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, clean room, and the staff were warm and professional. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain wasn't very good; after each shower, water would flood half the bathroom.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I asked to switch. The second room still had a scent, but it was somewhat tolerable. After checking in, I noticed the bathroom also smelled really bad, particularly around the toilet, like a sewer. Both the showerhead and sink faucet had a cheap, plastic-like odor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, the shower had very low water pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent. The room’s ventilation was also quite poor, and during winter only heating was available, with no cooling or proper air circulation. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices, but I wish the basic amenities and facilities had been better maintained...

Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.

The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.  Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.  Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several  tour buses ).

The room is gorgeous. Clean and full of amenities. The service is good too. Complementary laundry is essential for me as I do not need to carry lots of clothing. The environment is vibrant and full of youngsters.

This hotel is a renovated old building, and the ceilings must be at least four meters high, giving it a 'new wine in an old bottle' kind of feel, which is absolutely fantastic. The location is also great; you can walk to the Duomo, and it's less than a kilometer from the train station. The rooftop bar has reasonable prices, and on the day I arrived, I actually won a free drink – what a lucky draw!...

Really enjoyed the stay, the hotel has so many facilities from laundry, gym, pingpong table, and co-working space. Highly recommend the social hub when you visit Europe!

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the shower was broken, and so was the toilet. The experience was pretty mediocre, and the bed was very narrow.

Overall, it was convenient and suitable, though a bit noisy since it's right by the road.

We had so much fun at Camping Puntala! The beach was clean and beautiful, the sports instructors were professional and engaging, and the kids' animation program was absolutely amazing — our children were entertained the whole time! A perfect family-friendly campsite. We'll definitely be back! 🏕️

We are very loyal guests coming every 2-3 years back to this camping site and yes, we love it because of the sea side, the location within the tree park and we simply feel home there. Very nice camp. We spent there 10 days in july 2025, with 2 kids. The camping was clean, incl. Sanitary. We had a lot xlose to the beach side. The camping has a bar, restaurant and supermarket. Although prices there were a bit higher than in regular shops in Italy, they were still reasonable. The site has a rule of parking the cars in outside parking which contributed to calm andsilent atmosphere....

Beautiful camping with lots shadow, quiet and safe for kids thanks to the car policy. Nice market with fresh products, we can safely leave the car at the parking for a few days as everything is there. Wonderful quiet beach, kids love it. Staff very friendly. The hotel is very clean, and there's complimentary water in the room. The soundproofing isn't too bad either. We'll definitely come back, but if you're driving, try to arrive early, otherwise you might not find a parking spot. The paid parking garage is a bit of a downside.

Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca.

I like everything here, from the design to the vibe. The breakfast is actually very good. The location is a bit off from the heart of Florence, but it's walkable, safe, and a bit more serene.
