The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the shower was broken, and so was the toilet. The experience was pretty mediocre, and the bed was very narrow.

Overall, it was convenient and suitable, though a bit noisy since it's right by the road.

Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca.

Tuscany is a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Terme di Saturnia is a very special place due to the thermal water that comes from the Roman times. We liked our room, yes the shower is a bit small but fine. The spa is lovely! Waters not as hot as in California but the pool jets felt great. But DO NOT EAT dinner at this hotel- our dinner really was horrible and for 70 euros just a waste of money. There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

Very nice private beach. Rooms - we had a bungalow- are totally ok, yet need a refresh/update. Breakfast was very good, friendly stuff, non problem at all to stay longer even though bf ended at 10am. We enjoyed our time at Il Pelagone- many thanks!

Very nice and well-kept structure. Excellent breakfast. Excellent fresh and made-to-order snacks. A combination of relaxation and golf always at the top.

We had an amazing stay here! The breakfast and dinners were delicious, the pool and apartments were newly renovated. The private beach is easy to reach by car and a beautiful spot. Staff are really friendly.
