There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

I requested portable heater, but the one they gave me was broken. So I requested replacement, but never replaced despite several talks. Also throughout the hotel facilities, there were many broken stuff such as doorknobs. But this is decent place if you want to visit Pisa.
